It’s literally 1’ away from NJ Penn station. Tickets to NYC Penn are only 6 dollars, trains run every 30’ or so and only take 20’ to get you to Manhattan making the hotel a great value for money. Room was huge (double the size of a similar type room we had in Manhattan), really clean and comfortable. There is a free shuttle to take you to and from Newark airport, and if you need to use Uber we never had to wait longer than 5’ for one. Staff is amazing, front desk and concierge alike, Aisha from the concierge specifically was amazing and gave us some great recommendations for the last day to do in NJ. We will without a doubt be staying there every time we visit NYC.

Location of the hotel was nice for travel to the city for sight seeing. Was a little nervous being connected to the train station due to safety but the walkway did have a security guard in it and it was closed during late hours. Breakfast was expensive for what you were getting, but we still liked the convenience. Just wish it was included. Price for the room was perfect.

Bathroom was a little small and mattresses werent GREAT but they were doable. Parking was expensive. I could see a 15.00 add on or something as a guest of the hotel, but 47+ was steep for a garage that didnt guarantee your car was safe.

Customer service was amazing! Allowed us to check-in early with no hassle, and it was def a first for us to have perfect service upfront. Room was clean and tidy, bathroom was nice and just right, and the walk to and from Prudential Center from the hotel is PERFECT. Convenient spot near transit is a bonus.

Questionably, open and/or fix the 3rd elevator? Maybe at some point in our next visit the indoor walkway that goes to Penn will be open, but we're more than patient enough to wait for it to one day be open as this hotel location is our prime one to book when we visit the NJ/NY and surrounding areas! Other than that, it really is nice to be at!

First of all the location is excellent. A covered pedestrian passage takes you directly to the Newark Penn St where you can get either the PATH trains to WTC or NJTransit to NYC Penn St, so within half an hour one can reach NYC avoiding traffic. The rooms are large and equipped with a fridge and a free safe.

Actually the only thing I could complain about is that the complimentary free Newark airport shuttle does not operate in half-hour intervals as specified by the hotel. The service is erratic and only partly dependent on traffic.

The fact that it was connected to Penn Station Newark, although the walkway is closed on the weekend

The handicap accessible room i had was at the end of the hallway where space between the walls is less than other rooms I saw, making getting my power scooter into the room difficult. It was difficult getting the scooter lined up straight with the doorway Plus the door was very hard to push while on the scooter Other rooms near my end of the hallway seemed to have a larger distance between walls.

Room was nice and clean, bed was comfortable. Hotel was near venue I was visiting making it very convenient for me and my friend. we were able to walk. parking on site was great. we had a lovely stay

the refrigerator in the room didn't work too well. front desk was contacted and a technician was sent to room right away and was able to figure out the problem he was great but it the fridge didn't get cold enough. thankfully we were able to use ice.

Location and staff member TT and her coworker (not sure of her name) she worked with her this morning. They were both great.

The cleanness of certain things in the room. The coffee mug and cup lids were gross. The bathroom was small, the door was too close to the toilet, and I felt like i would bump my head or leg on the door if I moved the wrong way. The bathroom was missing, handsome, and the lighting was dark.

Location was amazing! To go from the train station to hotel with a walkway was great. And staff was so friendly and had great food suggestions.

I really don't have anything. If I had to say something, This is probably out of hotel hands but the walkway to the Prudential Arena was closed on Sunday and there was a hockey game. It was annoying but will not change my opinion of the place at all.

The location was fabulous! Just across the road from Newark Penn Station, NJ. There is an overhead enclosed thoroughfare with a few shops along the way that takes you from the hotel directly to the station. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a generous size. The lifts worked very well, so good if you have mobility issues. The pizza we had at the cafe was the best we had on our 9-week trip!

Location, since we arrived to the area by Amtrak train and utilized PATH trains to/from Manhattan each of the two days we spent in Manhattan. Friendly, engaged and helpful staff at front desk. And, our room was very comfortable; we had stayed at this hotel on a couple of previous occasions and returned because of our positive experiences then. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The only issue we experienced was that the bathroom sink was fairly quick to backup and increasingly slow to drain; which we didn't report to the front desk until the night before we left, because it had not gotten quite bad until then. In any case, we would definitely stay at this hotel again.
