Loved the location of the hotel. Nicely located a block from the main street, easy walking distance to the MVP Arena (we went to see a show there), ultra friendly staff, well kept and comfortable rooms. Large lobby that includes seating area as well as breakfast space. Close to a few bars and restaurants as well.

While the hotel does have a parking, it is a valet type of service that will cost you about 20$ so be aware. It was very simple to drop the car off, but be aware that if you need to go out and use your car, you need to add this "in and out" of the valet. Personally, I am not a fan of valet parking, so this was a "did not like" for me. Not a deal breaker per say, but Ice maker on our floor was broken while there.

Liked staff and location. Facilities very clean. They did accomadate me on an earlier check in as long as it was after 12...they would charge you for the prior night if you check in before (didnt make sense or seem fair but arrived at 2:30pm and was accommodated with room. The Inn is in a great quiet location of restaurants, bars, theater, and shopping within walking distance.

There is a charge for parking.... per day $15. There is local metered parking that is free after 5 p.m., Saturday, and Sunday. Meter hours are from 8am to 5pm. This was not communicated on the booking site and was told to me on day of stay. Stayed there but only used parking one night... and left in the morning. The Inn charged me for two nights. That was not cool, especially since I checked in with the concierge prior to leaving the inn to make sure they did not charge me for all the days of my stay. Other than that...it was good. The breakfast was tasty.

All of the staff inside was very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

The valet parking attendant was rude, not helpful, we didn’t end up parking there because of him. We parked on the street and I was still charged $20 for parking, I even told the front desk when checking out I didn’t use valet parking, I got a corrected receipt for $182. I just checked my bank and was charged $202- $20 for parking.

Rooms clean, comfortable, good location for a walking to dinner and shows .

No parking only valet. When retrieving my car and watching them get it, the driver hit another parked car. He then denied it to our face us even though we were watching and saw it happen. My car had residue from other vehicle on it. It was able to be mostly wiped off, and lot management gave us free parking that night. Read your parking ticket as it says not responsible for plastic and / or rubber bumpers damage, which almost all cars now have .

Came for a concert and the hotel was walking distance from the venue. the breakfast was included and had a large selection. there was also security guarded valet parking and it wasn't that expensive for one night.

we went to the hotel snack bar to get snacks for dinner, please note the microwave was hidden in the breakfast area and there were no light switches so we used our flashlights on our phones to find and use it. there was not a microwave in the room but there was a small fridge and coffee maker.

very confortable rooms. The breakfast was great! Many choices and all were very good.

They asked us to leave our car keys with the parking attendant, but we were leaving at 4 am and were worried no one would be there to give us the key. the attendant was not too friendly when we explained the situation. Finally after the front desk staff intervened , he let us keep the car keys. Luckily because at 4 am of course there was no one there...

The parking lot was accessible and the valet was polite, professional and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, I liked the chaise lounge chair. The Breakfast was good, homemade waffles are always a good thing. But the homemade pancake machine is the best. You might want to look into purchase of a pancake machine.

I wasn't informed that I needed to swipe my room card to get above the 6th floor, I was assisted by a food delivery man. I didn't see a microwave. I bought popcorn and took it to my room, I thought there would be a microwave in the cupboard next to the refrigerator, I thought wrong.

They served breakfast even though I was unable to get it so I don’t have any feedback on how it was. The view was very pretty, the hotel was close to where I needed to be.

The outlet next to my bed didn’t work so it didn’t charge my phone so my alarms didn’t go off and the alarm clock didn’t work either so when I woke up I didn’t know what time it was and I only had 10 minutes to get ready, and checkout. I also didn’t get to breakfast even though my alarm was set towards 8:30. Thankfully the lady who was at the desk in the morning asked if there were any muffins left and I got some for my 5 hour drive home.

The manager was amazing. Bookings completely screwed up and never communicated our reservations to Hampton. So when we arrived it did not appear we had reservations in there system. The manager was on top of everything and handled all of the miscommunication for us.

The room was very awkwardly large. A ton of open space that could have had another chair for sitting. The bathroom was arranged strange. The bathroom light switch was on the outside of where the toilet and shower were located.

The staff were welcoming and professional. We felt as if we had been there before based on the warm greeting we received when we arrived. And in the morning we received the same friendly reception from Angelica. After our excellent complimentary breakfast, we went to her for information which she provided with a smile. We were in good hands here and we plan to come back next spring!
