Stayed here in Brooklyn rather than manhatten. Quieter, nearer manhatten and Brooklyn bridge. Use air train and subway to get from JFK. Subway into manhattan easy to negotiate. Hotel really nice. Rooms quite large and very clean. Breakfast included in our stay.

A truly wonderful stay at Hampton by Hilton Brooklyn not my first time here, and definitely not the last! Huge thanks to all the staff especially the front desk team on all shifts their kindness politeness, constant smiles sense of humor and readiness to help with anything made my stay unforgettable. Words can't express how much I appreciate them. The Hampton by Hilton Brooklyn is perfectly located in the heart of Brooklyn near the subway and Brooklyn Center with easy access to all services. It’s also incredibly quiet and peaceful a perfect balance of comfort and convenience. Thank you once again I’ll definitely be back soon

The staff were all very kind and welcoming. We requested adjoining rooms with a connecting door and they were able to accommodate. The rooms were large, very clean and comfortable. The location was also quite good, convenient to downtown Brooklyn, Brooklyn Heights, the Brooklyn Bridge, DUMBO, and the Manhattan Bridge.

We were in 7th floor rooms facing Flatbush Avenue and traffic was quite loud with lots of sirens until late at night. I would request rooms in the back of the hotel next time. One other downside: the sheets and covers on the bed. Hampton Inn has interconnected top sheets, covers and coverlets that work particularly badly for couples sharing a bed since both the top sheet and cover are smaller than usual. I wish Hampton would move away from this system or at least make all the elements larger. These are minor issues - I would recommend this Hampton Inn overall.

It's a lovely place very well located in Brooklyn, walking distance to the Manhattan Bridge, Dumbo, Brooklyn Bridge and other nice places. Also there is a mall and 2 stations about 10 minutes walking. (If you prefer you can take the bus in the corner, stops right at the station) The room was nice and very comfortable, the shower was excellent. The staff were very gentle and polite, William was simply great, so was Luka and another girl from Friday evening. If we ever go back we will definitely stay there again.

Everything was lovely, but I think the hotel could make it clear that the amazing room in the pictures with a gorgeous view from Manhattan it's not accessible all the time, since it's an event venue they have. I confess I booked the room already dreaming about that view, (I thought it was the hotel bar/restaurant) and fortunately we had a chance to see it, but if it's rented for an event or the front desk decided you can't go up you wont be able to see it.

Great location, central in Brooklyn and close to lower Manhattan. I was able to explore so much by foot, ferry and subway from here. The staff were courteous and helpful. Room was fairly well kept and housekeeping was consistent. Shop at the nearby Wegmans to save on groceries in the area, the nearby convenience stores are way more expensive.

The breakfast was good but didn't have a lot of healthy options and it was hard to tell whether all the disposable plates and utensils were getting recycled. I tried limit my use of disposables after a few days of seeing how much waste was being made at breakfast.

My room was comfortable and very clean. I received a text message after my first night asking how it was going... I replied that I was a little cold and could I get an extra blanket... it was there when I got back to my room. Much easier than waiting at the desk to talk to someone. I had a good meal in their bar on my first night-- it's a small place but a very nice ambiance and a variety of options on their food menu. (There's also a very good Italian restaurant nearby.)

My stay at Hampton Hilton Brooklyn was once again exceptional. The location is perfect right in the heart of Brooklyn, close to everything and in a lively, vibrant area. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and welcoming, but what truly makes it stand out is the amazing staff. The front desk team and all the employees are always cheerful, helpful, and incredibly professional. This wasn’t my first stay and it definitely won’t be the last. This hotel has become my favorite in New York.

It was our frist time in the US and we were received by the nicest person: Jasmine. She made us feel so welcomed. She was so nice and explained everything thoroughly. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the Manhattan bridge and also quite close to the Brooklyn Bridge. You have many metro options that can take you quickly to Manhattan. We arrived somewhat late but we felt safe walking around with our bags. Room was quite spacious and I love how they provide with not only shampoo but also hair conditioner, moisturiser and face soap. Breakfast included in the price and it was a decisive point when searching hotels around, since the prices somewhere else were the same (or even higher) but without breakfast. I like how the varied breakfast menu every day too. Plus the whole staff team was the best!

There were only 2 minor points we didn't like. The hair dryer was so dirty and sticky we had to use a hand towel so we didn't have to touch it because it felt unhygienic. At breakfast we saw homeless people going into the hotel and serving themselves, which I wouldn't even realise if it wasn't for some smell (not ideal while you're eating), and also a lady screaming the hotel was hers (which was properly handled by the staff), but maybe there should be more attention while breakfast is served.

Everything that I needed or asked for was responded to in a timely and helpful manner. There was a staff member named Jasmine who exceeded any and all expectations. It was a challenging period of time for me and she could not have been kinder and more supportive. All of the staff were excellent, but she gets an A+ for being available and helping me with my reservation.

I'm not a big fan of Flatbush Avenue, but that has nothing to do with the hotel. Once you're inside, all is good. I really had overall no complaints at all.

Very clean hotel. Staff was very friendly and polite and accommdating. Rooms were somewhat small but kept clean. Microwaves are in the 2 double bed room option. The hotel is close to nearby food outlets and a few local attractions like the World Trade Center. The thermostat works pretty well in the room. The fitness center was great also. Complimentary bottled water when checking in was a nice touch. The hotel has a bar that serves food at night.

Breakfast was average. 2nd day was better than the first but they need more options. The beds in the 2 Double bed rooms were very small. Should be Queen beds. Also, Elevators sometimes skipped my floor. Weekends and evenings more people tend to ride the elevator causing longer wait times. Sometimes the Heater would give off a weird smoky smell when turned on. Other than those few things, it was a pretty good stay
