location is closer to the Fort Drum, we were moving out and tried to stay closely to the Fort Drum that time, it was excellent decision. the room is spacious, provided breakfast, and washer and dryer was provided too. and pretty much closer to the sightseeing, 1000 islands and clayton too.

There was no elevator to use, and it's second story building. so it is little inconvenient for us. compare to the other lodging in watertown, less option to choose restaurants, but still it was okay. there is franchise restaurants near the hotel. Mcdonalds was just 2 minutes away by foot.

The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable. Friends who used the shower were concerned that the floor was slippery and there was some water onto the floor outside the enclosure. We did not use the TV but it impressed us that the remote had a sleeve to indicate it was clean. Evening staff was very helpful. When she realized the volume of our suitcases and bags, she brought us a cart to move them. Then, in the absence of and elevator, she changed our room to the first floor.

In the morning I did not feel the welcome that I felt the night before. The morning staff seemed to be busy with other activities away from the front desk when I went to check on my bill. She seemed to be in a hurry to return to something else.

Lots of room in the king w/sofa, in room coffee was good. Bed was very comfortable, best night's sleep in a motel in a long time!

The TV didn't have a channel list or an on screen guide that I could find. Each channel has a (-) which made direct tuning impossible. Suggest they provide a means of accessing the guide that appears on the right side of the screen but there aren't any arrow keys on the remote to access it. K

Check in was extremely easy. Front desk staff was friendly. We stayed in the suite with a kitchenette and is was very spacious. Bed was actually comfortable.

Breakfast was not the greatest. Ended up walking to McDonalds next door. No elevator for the second floor. Luckily my elderly mother was on the first floor. Wish our room had a chair or sofa to sit on. All we had was our bed or a little table with chairs in the kitchen. Something more comfortable would have been nice. Worse part of our stay was getting locked in our room and not being able to get out due to the door latch/handle not working. We were locked in for about a half hour before my husband pried the door open. Management immediately replaced it and was very apologetic. Would have appreciated a discount on the room.

very convenient location

could have been maintained better. the door hinge on my bathroom door was falling off so the door didn’t close all the way unless I lifted it up & into the frame. also the entry door nearest to our room to parking lot didn’t lock. the key card mechanism didn’t work. seems kike a security issue to me.

great comfortable bed and spacious rooms.

The fan/air conditioner unit smelled bad! It either smelled like spoiled milk or urine. I stopped running it as the smell overpowered the room. Not sure if these have filters but if so it really needs to be changed. A bug also crawled out of the vents in the front of the unit, which I believe was a silverfish, I promptly killed it.

I liked the location and how close it was to restaurants and stores.

The toilet was small like for a child. Other than that all was great and clean. Staff had a smile and was pleasant.

The hotel was very clean you already had extra towels in the bathroom and no problem checking in or out durning my stay.

My original room was not clean in time of my arrival so I had to get a different room but everything was taking care of.

There was a great selection for breakfast. The items available were coffee, eggs, sausages, waffles, cereal, fruit, and juices.

The eggs and sausages were not always warm.

Nice value. I needed to check in early and they were very accommodating. Room was super clean.

I HIGHLY Recommend using the entrance off of 342 and not the Rte 11 Entrance. The Speed Bumps will do damage to any low riding car and potentially any normal riding car/mini van. They are really overkill.
