The breakfast was exceptional. Everything was nice and clean. The dining area was spotless. It was just so nice to sit and enjoy my surroundings.

I noticed on the surface of my electronic tablet there was a lot of dust when I would sit on the bed, as opposed to sitting at the table.. I can only assume it was from the bed spread. It was very scratchy.

Greeted with a friendly, curtious, person, quickly completed the registration and allowed us to pick the floor we would like, the check out was quick and simple with friendly people. Easy to locate. Rooms as always clean, quiet and fully equipped. Centrally located for area restaurants and malls.

The breakfast, no bacon, sausage, or real eggs.

Everything! I always love staying at Hampton Inn properties. This location did not disappoint. We walked in and the housekeeper was wiping down walls. I was so impressed by this, and assured the room would be as clean. And it was! The beds we’re comfortable and linens smelled of fresh laundry. Love the Neutrogena products in the bathroom as well. Front desk staff was lovely and helpful. Breakfast was delicious.

This is my second time staying at the Hampton inn Watertown;I liked it from the first time I stayed . The hotel have great staff ;Emily was so pleasant at check in & her beautiful smile and great customer service made me feel so welcome. The facility is very clean and my bed was supper comfortable. Also when I was checking out Liz was great ; she made sure I had a awesome stay & her customer service was excellent. I will choose this hotel always every time I visit Watertown!

Friendly, clean, convenient, close to family, great breakfast, quiet, pool room was warm 1st night

2nd night the hallway on our floor stunk like a cow barn. It lingered thru the next morning. 2nd night the pool room was cooler and it as pleasurable

The room and staff were great!!

There was a musty smell when you walk in. The janitorial staff were trying to make it smell better, but the hallways were quit awful smelling, like a third rate hotel a smells. The room did not smell at all, so that was very good. The staff were really nice and helpful. Over all, really nice stay. I always stay at Hampton Inns when I travel, first time I was in one that smelled bad. Photos I took in the morning so the beds are unmade.

Everything was wonderful! The bed was so comfortable and the room was larger then others we have been in. The breakfast was very good too. Cara at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. I left my jacket in the closet of our room and didn't realize until the afternoon after we left. I called and she right away found it for us and we were able to pick it up before we left town.

The 2 women at Reception were very friendly and helpful. The maintenance man is the elevator guy as also very friendly. When we came down for breakfast we were greeted by the man working there. (That made for a good morning!) When we checked out, the receptionist had gone to the bathroom, so the breakfast guy took care of us. Teamwork! The parking lot was very well lit. The halls were very quiet- no doors slamming! 👏👏👏

The room was a nice size with a chair and desk. There was a decent breakfast with hot and cold food. We enjoyed the pool later in the evening and liked using the small gym each morning.

The room was too hot for us to sleep at night and the bed was hard, which we don't prefer. It would have been nice if the refrigerator had a freezer for our ice packs. The pool area was extremely hot and stuffy in the earlier part of the day, which made it hard to breathe.

Breakfaast was very good. Great variety, all food groups available. Lots of space

Carpet in room and hallway very tired. Cleaning product from rug had strong smell when air from heating unit hit it.
