The staff was very nice. The room was decent sized and clean. It was close to town. The grounds were very clean and had a large grassy area to walk pets. Our request for a specific room was met.

I did not like that at 9 the owner had a staff member knocking on doors to ask if we were checking out. Check out is 11. The lighting in the room could have been better. It would be nice if the rooms had 1 comfortable chair.

We booked at the last minute as we were heading to Canada when we realized we had forgotten our passports, had to get them overnighted from home (in NC). The staff was very helpful and friendly, they called us when the Fedex arrived in the morning. They also accommodated our need for hot water (to make our own tea) in the morning, they could not have been more helpful. The room was comfy. It is an older property but well-maintained and clean, not far from the Thousand Islands border crossing.

Very nice ownership. Very clean and the price is right. They should actually charge more considering what is in this area. Beautiful, small, comfortable. Wifi is fast. Oh, and they are pet friendly.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Room was clean but small. Queen bed was comfortable. Price was very reasonable. The staff was very accommodating as my week-long stay was shortened to 2 days and I was able to get a refund with no problems. TV, microwave, fridge, and AC all worked. Longways diner is just across the street and provides a good homemade meal for a reasonable price. Had breakfast there,

Wish there was a coffee maker in the room. Shower was decent but the water temperature never even made it to warm. The bathroom sink was slow to drain. Lots of pavement and traffic in area with no real view. Other than Longways diner, no food places within walking distance.

Very nice clean and comfortable room with comfortable beds and clean, simple bathroom. No frills or extras but a good place to stay for a night and so reasonably cost.

It was all good for what it offered and what I expected.

Clean, which is extremely important for my family and me. The beds were comfortable and the room was a decent size, we had reserved for two double beds. Overall we were pleased with our stay.

Lighting is always dim. We have started bring our own 75 and 100 watt Led's to bright up so we can work on tackle and gear each night.

Need smoking rooms for the same price , or a closed area for smoking be it cigarettes or weed so that way when we do smoke we’re not right side or in our cars
