We love the location as it cheaper than staying in Watertown, yet very close to it. Very quiet hotel with clean and comfortable beds, that we have stayed at numerous times over the past 9 years. Timmies next door at the gas station. Previous times, we have seen deer in the field to the south west. We aren't fond of spending a lot of money for hotel rooms, and find this place to be a fantastic value. With the base close by, you have many people that work there staying at the hotel who are courteous and not partying. You aren't paying for a gourmet breakfast... if that is what you're looking for, you need to pay for that elsewhere. This is how they keep the rates reasonable by providing a very simple and basic breakfast offerings. We find it to be meh, but just go across the road to Walmart and grab other items, like fruit cup, yogurts or microwave breakfast sandwiches to make in the room. Or if you are Canadians, you know we love our double-doubles... just go there!

Parking lot wasn't plowed that well. First time down in winter, so not sure what the usual is. All the previous stays, nothing to complain about.

New, clean room .Room was also large. Shower was clean and new.Front Desk helpful and was there to help.Security was good .Someone always at front desk.Location was good in that it was close enough to 81,but not too close.The area was safe and I felt secure.I was driving and I feel they looked out for my veichle.Breakfeast was avaliable for free.At the price paid I am SUPRISED it was offered for free.Coffee was good and cereal enough with toast to get me through the morning. There is a Mcdonald's close by if you want more.There is an Aldi grocery store across the street and Walmart.The vibe is good!

I look for 2 things when I chose a hotel/motel: Is it safe ?Is it clean?This hotel is.The bonus is that it is not expensive and it is new!I can not say anything negative.

Harry is a hands on Owner. He takes the time to talk with the guests. I have stayed there several times during a Very Difficult period in my life as My Mother was in Hospice Care. He took time to listen and showed his genuine concern. He cleans the facility side by side with his Staff. Exceptionally clean facility. As I arrived early Harry allowed me to check in early and provided me with a bonus regarding my accommodation. The staff is always attentive and very friendly

On outskirts of Watertown NY. We'd had a long day so was very pleased when could walk to a small strip mall with a superb moderately priced Mexican food place to eat. It was reported that same owner ran the Chinese restaurant next door and it probably would have been a very welcome surprise also.

We did not need a 2 king size bed room. But my husband did the booking the night before and I don't know if smaller rooms at lower price are even ever offered.

The room was nice, clean and spacious. The staff were super friendly. Breakfast was continental plus make your own waffles which was nice. The hotel location was easy access to shopping.

The beds were firmer than I'm used to, but comfortable. The hotel halls and elevator seemed chilly. Informed the staff and they immediately went to find out why.

I have stayed here several times in the past few months. I have come to know the Owner. Harry and staff are professional and polite. They attend to your needs.

The lighting in the bathroom could be brighter. The shower head needs to be replaced

very clean room, hotel and breakfast room. Staff, very friendly and helpful and professional. Room looked freshly painted a light green very nice. TV, big and lots of channels. Bathroom very clean and with nice towels. Everything was just great.

Breakfast included make-your-own waffles. They could have used butter. If anything was missing or had run out, staff replenished it right away. I recommend adding a 2nd chair to rooms that may not have them. Everything was very clean. Overnight was quiet. Parking lot is well lit. I noticed electric charge for cars was available as well. I don't drive electric.

Susan the front desk was so sweet and she was very helpful. I was so glad there was a laundry. Our room was clean and very nice.

Breakfast was pretty much nonexistent. I’m not sure if it was depleted before we got there.. but we didn’t get breakfast.
