I have stayed at this property before. It's an old mom and pop motel conveniently located just off I-81,a short distance from Cortland. It's clean and functional. They even contacted me prior to my stay stating the parking area was to be resurfaced and told me of alternate arrangements.

I have no negative comments.

Not too far from highway, clean and comfortable. There were 2 comfortable chairs in the room

it was somewhat small and some things were older but we were only staying one night so was fine. The fridge, microwave bed and lamps wear new.

It was really nice. The owners were very kind. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We were looking for a clean, safe, quiet, low cost place to spend the night, and this place checked all those boxes. It really was a great place to spend the night!

The staff was very friendly and made sure that you had everything you needed. It was also one of the cleanest motel rooms I've ever stayed at. You're in town for a baseball tournament for my son we saved over $400 by staying here compared to most hotels out there

Surprisingly this place was very clean. We just wanted a place to stay for a night and it was really good for the price. I must say they have managed the place pretty well.

No closet space; no hooks behind the door for hanging clothes and less space to keep stuffs in the bathroom.

The motel is no-frills, and that suits us just fine. The facility is clean, comfortable, and quiet. The owners are a lovely family, and quick to respond if there's a need. We've stayed here before and will stay again!

Not a thing! We came for a value-conscious experience and we got one!

I loved the simplicity of the amenities. They used real keys for the doors even. The Hospitality we came to expect from my youth was still alive and well there and I loved the nostalgic style.

The Tub should have a stopper for those of us who like to take bathes

Room was very spacious and comfortable. TV larger than expected. Very clean. Updated. Quiet location. Microwave and fridge in room - both very clean. Excellent value.

They were very accommodating and allowed early check in. The room was very clean and staff were pleasant. The next morning we had car trouble. The gentleman who worked there was very kind and took time to help us out.
