We really love the comfortable beds, linen and the clean modern rooms

We were not able to book the early (5am) shuttle to the airport and so when we did arrive to catch the shuttle it was full. There was mild panic amongst the guests that couldn’t fit on - as trying to find a Uber in that area at that hour was not going to be easy or quick - but there was fortunately an extra bus in the area that was able to come and help. I think getting guests to book the shuttle would be a good idea as it will give a good indication of how much space is needed beforehand

Location is great if you're flying to/from JFK. Our flight in was delayed so we got a cab from JFK which cost about $20 but got the shuttle next morning which worked really well. they didn;t respond to my messages about booking the shuttle - they want you to call or book at the reception. Room was clean and comfortabke. Shower was particularly good!

They don't give you any water but they have a small shop by reception and it costs about $6/small bottle. They don't take apple pay. Room is right by the freeway, but obviously they can't help that! It really wasn't that loud but you can definitely hear the cars.

Choose this hotel for the location Had to be at the Airport 3 am.

I made two reservations back to back. Told to the lady at the front office that we would be leaving Niagara Falls and coming back. Still, when we came back they cleaned our room and moved our stuff to the lost and found, In plastic garbage bags. I did not like it at all, that they did not send an email or call, to see where we were. They said they did not know where we were. They did not see the next reservation. So they moved our stuff. And what about the payment I made? I paid for two days, to keep the room. They cleared the room. So I feel they need to refund the two days I did not have the room. My belongings were in the lost and found area. They put all the clothing that was in the room in a plastic garbage bag. Bad very bad This made me very angry

The bar and restaurant were excellent. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel, and I can't recommend it highly enough! Although I skipped breakfast during my stay, the bar and restaurant offered a fantastic dining experience that truly enhanced my visit. The service throughout the hotel was impeccable; the staff was attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. It was evident that they take pride in delivering great hospitality, making each guest feel valued and welcomed. The hotel itself is newly remodeled and absolutely stunning. The decor is modern yet inviting, creating a warm atmosphere that feels like a home away from home. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, from the comfortable furnishings to the overall cleanliness of the property. Overall, my experience was nothing short of excellent. If you're looking for a place to stay that combines great service, superb dining options, and a beautifully designed environment, this hotel is the perfect choice! I can't wait to return.

The beds were comfortable and the staff was incredibly helpful and nice. They got us into our room early and made every effort to make our stay as great as possible.

They didn't tell us how much breakfast cost, and it looked like any other free breakfast but after we ate one small plate of food (we each had some fruit, a drink, and one half-slice of French toast), the waiter brought a check for more than $50 for two people. It's fine to charge but there should be something up front that makes it so people aren't surprised by the price. The only other thing I didn't like was the glass door on the bathroom. It was positioned across from a large mirror just right so that anyone in the bed could see right into the bathroom - it was frosted but that still doesn't leave much room for privacy. I would unfortunately probably choose a different hotel in the future for that one thing alone.

If it were possible to give 12 stars, I would What was supposed to be a short Mother's Day weekend jaunt with family for my 93-year-old aunt, turned into 7 days in a hospital after she fell within 2hrs of arrival. I will not name names as i run the risk of missing someone. FRONT DESK. TEAM Outstanding doesn't begin to describe the quality of care, compassion, and attention to detail from my first call to them to get 911 to the day that I left a week later. Sadly she spent the entire time in the hospital. MANAGEMENT TEAM We came for the mothers day weekend and had to extend our stay. What was already a stressful situation was alleviated when they agreed to adjust the rate for the extra days. I fully understand this is a business and no one has to do anything for you. WE ARE GRATEFUL for this generosity as every bit helps HOUSEKEEPING I spent my days at the hospital and coming back in the evening to a sparkling room, allowed me to decompress so I could do it all over again the next day. TEAM MARRIOTT JFK. You ROCK! My family will consider your hotel and the Residence Inn our home away from home. The room was clean and comfortable.

There seems to be some confusion about complimentary breakfast. The gentleman who checked us in said it was complimentary but it wasn’t. My son and I were fine with paying, but another party at another table were furious and very vocal. The argument went on and on and ruined our breakfast time. It was not handled properly by the restaurant manager who just let it go on and on without getting a hotel manager.
