Breakfast was your typical continental selection: omelette, sausage/bacon, muffins, bread, cereal, yogurt, milk, juices, waffles, hot/cold beverages, oatmeal. There was an in-door waterslide and pool area. A connecting fully equipped 24/7 gym. Separate sinks for the bedroom and shower area. Mini-fridge with a freezer section. Beds were comfortable! Thermometer was easy to adjust. The hotel was located near the main shopping centers and eateries.

The television needs to be updated so that customers can log into their streaming services. Their cable has a wide selection of channels, but having options would likely suit the majority of customers.

Nice clean rooms close to everything. Good breakfast.

4 is a LATE check-in time. We didn't like that. Felt we miswed out/had to rush for dinner and other activities. A lot of the arcade games were out of service. Including the mini bowling that my 4 year old was disappointed he couldn't play. Also, the card machine was not working to get arcade cards. This made for a much longer wait to get a card before we could play. No kid preferred cereal, ex, fruit loops. During our stay. The paper we received with our room cards showed the wrong times for things. (Said Perkins was open until 9, but the front desk said it closed at 8)

I am really happy I booked at this location for my family’s mini vacation. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The splash was fun for my little kiddos and access to the adjoining arcade and restaurants made it easy to have everything within walking distance inside of the hotel.

The location in which our room was for a family was very far and we had to walk a good few minutes back and forth to the lobby and other things. Placing families closer to the amenities is always best.

I love that the fact that the hotel is central as well as we could do the pool the arcade without having to put on our winter jackets or boots. Which is fantastic when you have little kids.

The pool was very crowded not enough seating room for parents that did not want to go in to the pool with their children as well as there wasn’t a lot of room in the bigger section of the pool because of the slides and this hotel is on the pricey side.

Staff was very pleasant upon check-in and check-out. Room was extremely clean and comfortable. There were a lot of extras within the hotel like the pool, a couple of restaurants and an arcade. Great location to shopping and food. I definitely recommend and will stay again if I am in the area.

The afternoon staff at the front desk seemed grumpy and annoyed.

Clean and unworn - room was much like that in a fancy intercity hotel. Good breakfast with fresh food. Well located with respect to take-out food options. Built-in pub, Perkins, health club, and pool add to the place. Staff was super helpful - check in took 30 seconds. We had to switch rooms because of smoke stink, and they did this in minutes with no objection.

More expensive than we usually pay in Plattsburgh.

Very friendly staff, room was roomy and very clean. Kids loved the water park and arcade. So close to many great stores.

Our last 2 nights the noise in the hall was extremely loud and the people in the room next to ours kept slamming their door. We had 2 8 yr old that were trying to sleep.

Location and having a restaurant and pub attached to hotel. Spacious room and set up nice with couch ,tv,mini fridge , and sink. Table was nice for eating or games.

Door to room is hollow as you hear people way too easy as their walking down the hallway. Cable tv offers lousy selection and confusing to figure out.

The main attraction for me was the use of the gym at anytime during your stay. The equipment in the gym was pretty old, but there was a wide variety. Also, included with the stay was free breakfast and access to the arcade; shopping center was very close by. Definitely, a great option to just relax whenever you're in town.

Even though the rooms were big, the walls were pretty thin. We could literally hear everything that was going on outside the door. The rooms themselves could have definitely been cleaner. Probably, have the option of "grab and go" bags for breakfast, as it tends to get pretty full during peak times.

The people were very nice, helpful, friendly and courteous. They assisted me on all my local questions of the area. The complimentary breakfast is good too. I love staying here. This was my 2nd time here. Will be back soon.
