The location was great. We walked to AppleBee’s for a late night drink and an app The 99 restaurant was closing

The 99 restaurant was closing the kitchen for the night Around a month later I stayed there. I went o my room and the door was ajar. I was completely freaked out and told the front desk manager I wanted to be in the main building 1 or I want my money back. He said it was probably the cleaners. He understood my anxiety and frustration and got me a room in building 1. The only complaint about that room was they need a new tub. There was a big white piece of tape on the top of the tub.

We stay here often. We like that they are pet friendly and the fee isn't crazy like some places. The pool is big and usually clean. The kids like the little arcade. The breakfast is good and they have all-day coffee. The staff are always friendly and accommodating.

I like the rooms that open to the pool, but there's not good ventilation, so the smell of chlorine is overwhelming. I got a migraine and a sinus infection after 2 days, I won't be able to get one of those again... which is fine because we usually have our dogs, and they aren't allowed in those rooms. If you're not sensitive to chlorine, I suppose that isn't an issue.

Our suite was clean, comfortable, perfect size and overall great! Breakfast was incredible, such a large verity and the hours were great as well. We loved that it was attached to a restaurant this one had the 99. The pool was amazing, perfect temperature, large enough and clean. The staff were so professional and pleasant. The hotel itself was well maintained and clean. This hotel is close to stores, restaurants, the Grand Isle Ferry and it was only 15 minutes from our family. I highly recommend this hotel. Also, a huge thank you to the ladies working in the breakfast area. Everything was so clean, organized and they kept everything well stocked with a smile.

We did not receive housekeeping during our stay. I didn't realize there was a fitness room until the last day of our stay. The fitness area was out of site behind the available computers. The 2 desk and computers for guest use were full of dust looks like they weren't wiped down in a while. The trash can by the back entrance to the hotel was over filled and not emptied during our stay.

We arrived in Plattsburgh early and was able to get right into our suite. Our room/suite was amazing, large, very clean, welcoming, had a stocked kitchenet. Coffee maker was not very good, but we survived. The breakfast was also amazing, it had a huge selection to choose from. again, very clean and organized along with a wide range of time to have breakfast. The pool was great; we took advantage of it both early in the morning and in the evening. The staff at the front desk was very professional and personable. Although we did not have much interaction with the staff, when we did, they were great. I cannot think of one negative thing to say about this Hotel. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.

We loved the breakfast made available each morning, great food for the value! The facility was clean and had great amenities, the pool was great! Rooms was large and in good shape. The staff was also very friendly!

We left the sign on our door for room service early in the am approximately 8:30 and returned at approximately 4:00pm. Our room was left open, by using the door latched to keep it propped open, by the maid staff and the new towels were tossed on the counter by the sink, became partially wet due to laying in the sink. We don't know how long our room was open and thankfully had no valuables left in there, but this was a bit careless and could have had a bad outcome.

We always like the buffet. The swimming pool and the location. Being so close to the mall and all kinds of restaurants. The queen suite we ended up with was nice. The hot tub is very relaxing. The early check in and the front desk staff were very nice.

So we booked a queen suite. Then booking offered us an upgrade to a king suite. We paid for the upgrade. Got to the hotel and booking never sent our upgrade to the hotel. So we were stuck with a queen suite. Thankfully we were only charged for the queen suite. Also, the suite says it'd a queen size bed but it's not. It's a full size bed.

I'm happy we chose this hotel to stay! Our room was clean and spacious. We loved the hot tub and how it was located in it's own room. It had everything included that was described. Although we didn't take the chance to try breakfast due to being busy, it smelled amazing from our room. Loved the access to the pool and an arcade area, even a fitness area. All the staff were extremely kind and we ran into a few issues (of our own fault) that they helped us out with.

Only thing I'd recommend is a separate soap to wash our hands after using the bathroom. We did end up breaking apart the body bar to use for our hands, so it's not the biggest deal.

great location. very clean. nice overall atmosphere. room was nice. first room smelled like cigarettes but they moved me right away to a room that was acceptable.

the one Tesla charger was not operational. when I asked about it. they claimed they had no idea it was broken. kinda hard to believe. the smoke smell with the first room.

The breakfast was awesome and the person who set it up worked really hard to prepare and present everything and did a wonderful job. The coffee in the lobby was great too and a large selection of brews.

When we first entered the room it smelled like someone had been smoking in it, but we opened the door and let some fresh air in and the smell dissipated, not sure if it was what was used to clean the room or old smell.

Beautiful executive suites! Looks just like the photos. Beautiful 9.5’ deep pool with a shallow end, restaurant, arcade & free breakfast on property, close to stores, food & Chasm(highly recommended trip as well).

I was traveling & called to ask the staff a question about early check in or charging me for half a day… I had dropped off relatives at a local airport & needed to check in at 6am so I could sleep before my long day.. I was willing to check out of the temporary room at 11am(that’s only 4 hours) they said I couldn’t even though I was willing to pay for it & they said no rooms were available even though there were rooms available on booking… I don’t like being lied to. especially after I booked your most pricey room.
