The coffee station was always fully stocked with goodies and the coffee was always spot on. My husband, daughter and I took advantage of hanging down in the "living room" area both nights we were here, watching TV and not feeling like we had to always just stay put in our room. I loved the cleanliness throughout the whole hotel!! We always saw the maintenance guy working, seemed like he never slept haha. All joking aside, he did a really great job. And nothing was broken! You have really great staff here too, super kind and helpful! I enjoyed the lounge chairs and tables in the pool area, it really made the area feel accommodating and relaxed. And the location is great! It's literally just seconds down the road from all the hustle and bustle. We live over 3 hours away but if we ever come back to Plattsburgh, we will absolutely stay here again!!

The pool was really cold to where it wasn't enjoyable to swim in. So we were in the hot tub most of the time. Also the shower by the pool area is nothing but really cold water.

The breakfast has a variety of hot and cold options. Great coffee and cookies available around the clock in lobby. The comfort of the beds and cleanliness is beyond any other hotel. The staff are very friendly and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is enjoyable.

There was nothing to dislike. If I had to say anything, I would ask why there is not a "fan" in the suite bathroom and maybe a privacy curtain so one can get dressed after bathing, as the bathroom is rather small to get dressed in. Also maybe some extra "hooks" for towels, but these are minor things.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was ready when we arrived. Very clean and had the items I needed: refrigerator, good HVAC, TV, hairdryer, shower, towels, gym, pool with towels and whirlpool. breakfast (although we took the to-go breakfast). The bed was very comfortable.

A dimmer on the bathroom light would have been nice.

Breakfast was good. Hotel was clean. I slept very well, the beds are comfortable. My daughter went swimming and we both used the hot tub. Didn't use the gym but it looked nice. The hotel was quiet while we were there (a Sunday night). The receptionist at the front desk was very friendly.

Would have liked the coffee machine in the breakfast area to have been filled up so I wouldn't have had to keep returning to the main lobby.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, accommodating my request for adjoining rooms. The breakfast was great, as was the pool. Room was comfortable, good blackout curtains, Netflix streaming on tv.

Parking was a bit limited getting in late, but we found a spot.

Breakfast was exceptionally good. The person in charge of the buffet was on it! Clean and inviting. I really appreciated the 24 coffee stand. Really great. Thank you.

We arrived 30 minutes early (before 3 pm) and were treated a bit abruptly and told to come back…A different desk person checked us in much later and she was just great!

Closeness to everything and everyone was very friendly.

My daughters and I went to use the pool and young adults were in the pool playing very rough, so much so that I wouldn’t let my kids go in. They ended up leaving from a side door and driving away- they weren’t even guests! So I was a little worried about that.

In general: location spot on, no problem with parking, friendly staff, all very clean, breakfast was what you'd expect, not more, not less - overall, very positive experience. Extra facilities I didn't use, therefore can't attest.

The price was MUCH higher than I expected. And if I were to pick on something, the TV navigation could have been less convoluted, but this is minor.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Maria at the front desk started my stay out perfectly. She helped me with suggestions for food and shopping. Joe, I believe his name was, the groundskeeper, all around jack of all trades has the best personality and was always busy. He amazed me. Breakfast each morning was wonderful - hot and with a variety each day.

Cozy, very nice rooms! We had an issue that was taken care of immediately and accommodated within minutes! The breakfast was a 10 out of 10 too!

The pool is a little small but that's about it. No other complaints!
