Check in was alittle stressful and I had traveled in for a wedding. Their was some confusion about payment of the room I had already paid for. I was questioning why they needed my card and saying it was declined. I was later informed that it was for incidentals and would be removed after my stay which I am familiar with due to stays at previous hotels. Today I checked my statement and it charged me full price for the room again. This has been quite unsettling but I trust they are working on it and will do the right thing. Room was great but check in and out has been quite the process especially coming from out of town.

The air conditioning in the lobby area was broken. There was equipment in the breakfast area. There was water on the floor. There was caution tape and cones to block the area. I moved a chair to help better block the area. The area conditioning in the room was working.

The mini quiche was awful tasting, was a taste tested done before those were made as a offering for the breakfast service.

The room was perfect new carpets very clean totally quiet and the bed slept very well.the staff were there to help and the desk was prepared so it took no time to check in and the door lock worked first time. That is usually a terrible issue but not here.

Breakfast lacked in some choices but what was there was good. The hot dishes needed stereo as they sat the food got cold fast.

It was a comfortable stay. Facilities were clean

Called to make sure pool was working and heated, the manager stated it was and it wasn’t. I called booking before booking, stated they spoke with the property and things were up to par. Disappointed because the water was a little colder than expected for my 2 year old. Please get it fixed if not.

Free breakfast sausage and coffee. Sausage was meh, eggs from a box, and coffee was weak

The room was excellent and the hotel itself was very well kept. The breakfast was good enough. Only problem with the stay was the wifi was out the whole time, and the TV in the suite was not working (the one in the bedroom worked fine). Overall, would do it again.

Walls need to be thicker or offer white noise machines to block out neighbors noises

I loved the staff and their friendliness, the way they went above and beyond to make you comfortable. They were very quick to accommodate and take care of any problems at hand.

The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was good. They had a sign that said they had gluten free options which was great, but there wasn't a gluten free option cereal such as kellogs corn flakes or frosted flake. If they had just that for us it would have been perfect, but not everyone has gluten intolerance. So we understand that also.

Everything the room was huge and so clean.Nice living room area with separate TV. Huge shower.

Breakfast ..Eggs and bacon were cold

Location, clean, beds were very comfortable, hot tub and pool area were clean.

Breakfast wasn’t great.
