We stayed for 2 nights with our two dogs ($25 extra/night) and found the staff very friendly. The fee for the pets were very affordable but they cannot be left unattended in the rooms other than for breakfast. Breakfast is served from 5am-10pm which includes coffee, juice, hard boiled eggs, pancakes, yogurt, cereal, some packaged baked goods as well as bagels and bread. It was a decent selection. There is also a coin laundry, vending machine and computer on site for use. Parking is ample and location was convenient. We found the rooms to be clean and the TV had a lot of channels.

The walls were not very soundproof. We were able to hear our neighbors in the middle of the night from 1-4 am, including any 'activities' that were performed.

The location of the hotel is very convenient being right off the Northway and on the main road - Route 3. The value for your money is excellent. The room was clean and had a nice shower.

There were not many outlets available in convenient places to plug things in. There wasn't a big selection at breakfast but there was certainly plenty so you didn't go away hungry. The bagels were a little dry (stale?).

Welcoming staff, very clean hotel and room. Very comfortable beds and good bathroom equipment and amenities. Quiet environment away from main road.

Breakfast was adequate but we expected a little more. We could hear talking in the room next door but they went to bed soon afterwards and reasonable. So we slept well. Hence soundproofing could have been better.

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. It is very convenient, extremely clean and well-maintained, the staff is very friendly and the breakfast is great. The new pancake making machine was fun to watch. You put your plate under machine, press the button and watch the pancake batter drop down and move on a conveyor belt and exit onto your plate. Fun!

Soundproofing wasn't the best. Being woken up at 6.30 on a Sunday morning because of neighboring rooms kinda sucked. This honestly wasn't the hotels fault but the inconsiderate neighboring rooms.. .. I would definitely stay here again though.. One other minor complaint was the lighting. The overhead lighting was really bright and with no end table lights, it was too bright and too dark if you turned them off. No middle ground.

The room and property were very clean. We especially liked the layout of our room, with the sitting area divided from the bedroom area by an island with sink, microwave, refrigerator.

Breakfast was not to our liking. Too much plastic-wrapped food. Nonfat plain yogurt, oatmeal would have helped.

The first night was pretty bad, my room smelled like a combination of potpourri and marijuana. Told staff & she told me she couldn't help (didn't even pretend to try on her computer), but that I could speak with management the next day. Fortunately the next day my room was changed and upgraded & that's why this review is rated as highly as it is.

The staff on the first night could have attempted to change my room immediately. I have allergies and living in a potpourri/marijuana jar wasn't comfortable in the slightest.

The room was spacious and squeaky clean, staff was friendly and efficient, Lighting in the room was the best ever in any hotel room and the breakfast pancakes eggs yogurt were above average and suited me perfectly. Even the coffee was good and not bitter and I am very picky! Bed and pillows were clean and comfortable too.

The hotel was clean, beds were comfortable and the breakfast offerings were better than the two other hotels we have stayed in this year. Very convenient location.

The walls and windows are poorly insulated. I heard the alarm clock in the room next door going off at 5:15am, doors opening and shutting and someone literally jumping upstairs. Would ask to be off 1st floor next time.

Love the sitting area with the couch, the kitchen area with counter, microwave & refrigerator!

The only thing I can think of is that it needed a more reachable plug on either side of the bed.
