The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the guy at the front desk. The room was comfortable. We liked that there was a pool to enjoy. We also liked that we could walk to the shops, mall and restaurants. It's very centrally located. We'd stay here again.

Although comfortable once inside, we particularly did not like that the visitors and some staff members were smoking in the "non-smoking" area just outside the front door. Visitors should not have to risk their health getting through the front door. Recommendation (3 steps): (1) Assign a smoking area that is far from common spaces (2) Make it part of the check in process to tell visitors about it. (3) Then, have management monitor and enforce that the rules and signs are respected. For the rooms, i'd also recommend periodic washing if boxspring covers. Ours was dirty. The rest of tge room and bed were very clean.

We booked a King room very last minute. The staff were friendly, the breakfast buffet was good, I loved the pillows although my boyfriend didn't, the shower had a little delay with the hot water but only maybe a minute max., the toilet seat was a little wobbly but nothing major to worry about. There was a TV, fridge, microwave and small ground coffee maker in the room with small complimentary items (shampoo, conditioner, etc.). Hairdryer was powerful which is a bonus for my thick, Asian hair and I honestly wish my own were as fast (although keep the hair from the fan). It was really quiet when we stayed. Decent sized car park and easy for us to get into with a tractor unit. There were two side entrances as well as the main which had an ash tray and bin and this made it less arduous to walk for a nicotine refill. The location was great, we popped over to 99s for dinner and there's Applebee's across the road which is open late. Overall, a really pleasant stay and would definitely use again.

The only thing I could even reach to moan about is the slight inconvenience of turning the bedside light on and then walking to turn the entrance light off.

The staff were helpful. The room was a decent size. The beds were comfortable. The bedding was soft and cozy. The hot tub was relaxing and the temperature was perfect. The pool was enjoyable! The hotel's location was convenient and plenty of restaurants to choose from near hotel. Price was reasonable Pet friendly rooms!

No lock on entrance door into building on side. No card reader...just pull door open. I didn't feel safe. The pool door had a towel jammed into the bottom to keep it slightly open. I did not like this...this situation does not keep children or dogs safe. The unsafe door along with a unsafe pool entrance could cause a death. Fix the issues! Beware parents, dog lovers, and potential none paying persons can get access inside hotel! Safety issues

The hot/cooked breakfast was delicious and a good variety of food offered. The cook was also very helpful, friendly, great customer service! The kids enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and gym workout room.

I was a def.’ly uncomfortable by one of the outside entrance doors that would not stay closed/locked, security could be better. And, some of the pillow cases were worn and stained, could replace some of the linens.

The staff is very warm and welcoming. The service check-in is done in a professional manner, all the facility information is given, all done in a timely manner. The room was spotless clean! The beds were extremely comfortable, was able to have a great nite sleep! The fitness room was equipped and very clean. The pool was clean and the area was inviting to relax!

All was good! We have stayed a few times and it was familiar; therefore comfortable. Location is convenient for the places that we visit while in Plattsburgh.

Room above us had a kid that was running around at midnight and for about a half hour. This was not conducive to sleeping.

The staff were over the top..polite, always had a smile on their face..making sure we had all that we needed. You could tell they all like what they do. I will not hesitate to recomment this hotel to anyone that is looking for a place to stay!

The hotel was very nice. Breakfast offered eggs and sausage one day, waffles and bacon the next. Lots of other choices too. It's very clean. It feels safe. The location is perfect for day tripping out of Plattsburgh. It was quiet.

A small thing, but tissues in the room would have been nice for this allergy sufferer.

The staff were exceptional. The breakfast was very fresh and tasty. The rooms were very clean and they gave you actual brand name toiletries.

The doors from the outside were always left unlocked. Even at night.

The staff were incredibly kind and the room was very clean when we went in. They even allowed us to do an early check in without any issues.

The only complaint I have is when we went down for the breakfast at 9, they had basically no food left and one of the workers let us know they didn’t expect as many people to show up so they had completely ran out of food. So we didn’t get to eat breakfast :(
