My first impression when the doors opened was the wonderful clean smell coming to me from the interior- this was noticed in the elevator, down the halls and in our room. I noticed immediately carts for luggage directly to the right. I did not have to search for one, it was so nice to see it so accessible. The very next impression was the lovely young lady at the desk. She spoke so well and clear, easy to understand, and she asked for exactly what she needed from me. I was never confused about any of her instruction. I loved the Valentine decoration in the snack area. Details matter, they matter more than you know. This hotel had the details like this and they were perfect. The folks cleaning the rooms were meticulous. I loved noticing the time they took with each room. You could tell from that detail why this hotel is so clean and makes such a nice impression. I appreciated that a great deal. The ladies serving breakfast were very pleasant and helpful. Not overly wordy or too talkative, they were just perfect. The food was fantastic!!! They paid attention to the tons of folks who came to eat. We were there for a choral festival and at this hotel I noticed were a lot of the kids, their parents and teachers. These folks were well prepared and handled the rush to the breakfast bar with professionalism and that cannot always be easy, it takes practice and patience. My only issue was easily seeing the wear of the chairs in the lobby and the chair in my room. But that is a very small issue, there may have been wear but they were clean and sat well. If seeing chairs with wear means that they gave their employees a bit more in their paycheck, then I am all for it. The budget can include fresher lobby furniture another time. Thank you to all you folks for what you do and who you are, you were noticed and appreciated. Thank you for the feeling we received on our wonderful stay.

Everything was great, from the friendly staff, the facility was nice as a whole, the room was clean ( I did a walk through), the gym had enough equipment, the breakfast was pretty good too and the location was pretty amazing that you are in the mix of shopping and restaurant. I would definitely recommend and I will be back sooner than later.

The price was a little steep though, I get it...... maybe because it's a new hotel, the price might scare people away, other than that I think this hotel is top notch.

Re Breakfast: I was surprised it had so many options and the setting was comfortable and well serviced. This has nothing to do with the breakfast but the reason I chose this property was I was arriving by bus after dark and, not knowing the area, wanted a short safe walk. I usually do not spend the rate that was charged for this room, but well worth it from a safety standpoint. Additionally not only was it safe it was worth it from a quality standpoint. The lady at check in, golly I wish I had remembered her name, was so warm and welcoming. A true surprise from someone so young.

When first walking in, we were greeted by the unmistakable scent of a well maintained property. Everything was fresh and clean. The staff was wonderful our entire stay. Breakfast was great most days, with a wide selection of options. The beds were some of the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept on. Usually, the first night is not the best for me, but I had zero issues with the bed our entire 8 night stay. The toiletries provided were excellent as well. We had intended to buy our own once we arrived, but when we saw that Dove products stocked in the bathroom, we did need to.

There were a few days when a cheese omelet was provided rather than scrambled eggs. The omelet was not good.

The place was spotlessly cleaned, good-sized rooms, and comfy beds. The lighting in the room was ample with incredibly convenient fixtures. Curtains had layers for great light control. Temperature control worked well. Dove products in the bathrooms were in quantity. In the morning, the breakfast offered was stellar and had plenty of options, making it super convenient for us and was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. Another huge asset was the pool. The pool was open on time and closed on time, plus it was clean and provided a much needed respite. Staff were happy and super helpful during every interaction. We had such a good time and really enjoyed our stay here. Our hope is to come back because this was such a stellar experience for the entire family.

At breakfast, the pancake machine has a bag in it. The bag needed a lot of 'burping' by staff to get the machine to work. It was not that big a deal, and it was mildly amusing to hear them talk about burping the bag, yet I wished it worked smoother so staff didn't have to fiddle with it so much. The machine was still highly amusing to the kids and convenient, when it worked. The only issue a relative felt they had was that the water pressure was only so-so, and the showerheads were in need of some very minor maintenance and some mineral remover.

The location was great. Hotel is in the heart of things but without any outside noise. The breakfast is very, very superb.

One thing I can say is that they have a Canada Geese problem. The geese themselves were fine but their droppings in the parking lot and sidewalks and near exits are horrible to dodge. It would be a full-time job just for someone to constantly clean up after them. I like a firm pillow. They provide both. Each are labeled. The firm pillows provided are just flat and thin and provide zero support. I believe they need to replace the firm pillows with thicker firm ones.

Everything about this hotel was exceptional from the breakfast, staff, pool, room, just everything. We will definitely use this hotel for our next trip to Monroe NC.

I loved staying here. We were attending a wedding, and it was very comfortable, very clean. It had an indoor pool, and my baby loved it! We had an amazing stay here, and would definitely recommend anyone to stay here if they’re visiting.

Simple, clean and efficient. Rooms are spacious, and service is excellent. The breakfast was also great with a big range of options, and a different egg option everyday.

It's a bit out of the centre of Monroe so you do need a car to get around.

Hotel was great, outstanding free breakfast and extremely friendly staff. My second time staying and will stay again. Highly recommend, close enough to Charlotte. Lots of food and entertainment selections in the area.
