The breakfast was wonderful! Lots of options and food did not run out quickly! Location was spot on, right by Scheels, down the street from anything you need! Our tournament for hockey was in Moorhead so ours was a little drive to the rink but totally worth it.

Our shower was really hard to turn, it was stuck, and you had to turn it with a lot of strength. It also dripped from the shower head, like it wasn’t fully coming out of the head itself. Could maybe use a new diverter and shower head maybe just in our room (room 410)

It was definitely an elevated level of stay. We enjoyed how all the amenities were so close to hotel as well on the property. The staff was inviting as soon as walked in to check-in. Pool was great place for our kids to burn their energy. We liked hotel store selections. The breakfasts hours made it easy and convenient to grab a bit to eat in morning. Oh boy, Porter Creek next door with room service, yes please! Delicious!

Complimentary breakfast, manager's happy hour, the pool, the apartment with fridge, microwave, coffee pot etc..We found the location ideal and perfect for travelers. We found Rebecca giving great customer service. She was friendly, kind, and intentional to work hard at her job in making our stay GREAT! The pool was perfect for the kids.

The things we didn't like were communicated to Clare, the manager. These things will not keep us from returning. They were simple and easy to fix. Overall, it was one of the best hotel experiences I've had.

Welcoming entrance, beautiful building, well appointed decor and seating options in lobby and lounge area, good location, nice rooms, comfortable beds and nice to have additional seating in room.

The hot tub had clumps of dirt or something in bottom. The elevator was making concerning noise while using.

I liked the pool area for our kids. I liked the building itself and the landscaping. Very pretty and relaxing setting.

The slide, fountain, and spa jets weren't working our second day there.

This location is fantastic - very close to shopping, restaurants. There is a Caribou Coffee shop right outside the front door and other restaurants and shops within walking distance. The mall and other stores are within a few minutes drive.

Very nice hotel

The pool, the chlorine was too much. My kids all came out the first night just a coughing and they we fine before. So did some of the other kids I know that we’re staying there at the same time.
