I liked the location and the staff. Rachelle and Zach gave exceptional customer service. I checked in at 1:30 a. m. , I had the wrong date on my reservation, I was tired and they helped me get a room. There was a accidental fire alarm that went off, Rachelle and Zach remained very calm and friendly while focused on the guests. They were a very professional team.

The location was good and easy to access. The pool area was kid-friendly. The hotel was clean throughout. The breakfast had a nice variety of items.

The pool area is small. The pictures online are deceiving. The hot tub was closed. A few semis and a coach bus parked across several parking spots and we had nowhere to park when we returned later at night. The mattress was a bit too firm and there weren’t extra pillows (full hotel these nights).

I enjoyed the variety at breakfast. The workout facilities were great. The room was clean and the linens were as well. Staff was super friendly and helpful

The internet was not stable. I was not always able to get my work done that I wanted to online. Two of the evenings..I had to take a lukewarm shower. Not sure if they should check the water heater system.

Breakfast options were many and varied. Tasted great. Quiet. Nice presentation. Staff very friendly and pleasant. Excellent welcome and acknowledgement. Talkative. Meet need of customers.

The shower control in the room for the rain shower head was not correctly attached and actually fell of the plumbing/pipe.

Breakfast was hot and ready for when I wanted to eat. The food was presented well and was very good. There were a lot of options to choose from to make sure I was satisfied. Staff accommodated for me wanting to check in early. Bedroom was clean and ready for me at my arrival.

Nothing came up for me that I didnt like. I had a great experience from the moment I stepped foot into the lobby.

The staff was great. The location had access to a lot of restaurants. The lobby and the dining area were clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable.

When we arrived they only had one reservation on file; however, the front desk clerk was able to accommodate us with no problem. The location seemed as though it was in a depressed area.

very well designed room. All needed amenities were there. Bathroom supplies were abundant. The sitting room was convenient. Breakfast arrangements were excellent. Well designed and well equipped with every breakfast need! The lady in the breakfast area was working with passion. All in all, a very happy stay.

Breakfast was wonderful. Everything you needed in the morning. The location was perfect. Not such a busy area but everything you needed just around the corner. Loved the shampoo, conditioner and body wash on the wall in the shower.

The price was a little steap. I understand this was a very nice place, but a lot to pay for one night. If you have children it's probably a place you are not going to stay because you can't afford it.

great location.! was very clean and rooms were beautiful. breakfast was amazing!

no microwaves in the rooms and beds were a tad uncomfortable.

Clean, comfortable room, the staff were exceptional, there was a card issue that was resolved quickly, staff member opened pantry for us so we didn’t have to make a special trip to the gas station, would recommend and stay here again.

My only issue was our refrigerator didn’t work.
