Fast and easy check in! Clean rooms. Location and well lit parking lot. Beds were great.

This hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I woukd definitely stay here again if I'm in the area. It's directly across the street from a Walmart, with restaurants and gas stations nearby as well.

The breakfast didn't have any fresh fruit, which wasn't a deal breaker, but would have been nice since I can't eat eggs or yogurt due to food sensitivities.

Great Location. Nice interior. Quiet. Air conditioning on and room cooled upon arrival. Excellent bed.

One wall in our room had several paint chips which really didn’t affect anything. The exhaust fan in the bathroom came on every time the light was turned on. The fan had a very noisy bearing which was so disruptive we couldn’t use the light at night.

Rooms were well appointed and clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was average but good

The pool was closed and was notification of this was not shown on the website. I had looked at another hotel in the same area but the website showed that their pool was closed and that is why I chose the Sonesta for their pool.

Room clean, beds and pillows super comfortable. Their breakfast was plentiful with bacon,sausage,eggs and hash browns or waffles, yogurt. Location was great as a block from Walmart and few minute drive to the mall, right onHwy 83 so all of Minot quick access.

The lighting in the room is very poor. Difficult to do any reading in the evening. Would be great to have one or two extra lamps in the room.

Nice and clean staff was amazing and let us check in early since we were there for a funeral. Didn’t complain when we asked for two new key cards.

Was a little loud in the hallways in the morning and when we went in the pool other people didn’t even have the respect to move and let us sit in the hot tub as well also the jets didn’t even work.

Good location, very comfortable king room, great breakfast options. Did not use the pool spa or exercise area.

Only complaint we had which is minor, there weren’t a lot in the hotel and we could hear the people above us - thumping on the floor and we could hear a neighbours tv. But, it didn’t last long and was quiet after 10 pm so as I said, minor.

Very clean, very large room, good breakfast

The heat was off in the room when we arrived and it was uncomfortably cold. It took 45 min to warm up the room. Got too warm after that, and the thermostat in the room did not regulate the temperature properly. As well, the room fridge compressor was really noisy every time it kicked in. Had to unplug it so we could sleep

Good location for work travel. Gas station close, and right off Hwy 83. Place was quiet and clean. Staff was friendly.

Bed was pretty hard, and the light outside the room is like a headlight. They have shades to block it, but they don't really close all the way.

Needed a handicap room, if the room I got was it, we'll, it was 3rd floor, and couldn't have got much further from the elevator. Once inside room, it was great
