Jamie, who i think works maintenance, was absolutely wonderful. We had a death in the family, arrived prior to check-in, he went above & beyond for us. Contacted the owner & even cleaned a room for us so we could check in early. Even helped us carry our luggage to our room. We ran into him quite a few times during our stay, he was so kind, friendly & consistently asked us if we were ok or needed anything. The property was nice, but Jamie is truly the shining star of our experience. Thank you Jamie, you made our trip very pleasant. We will be back! 5 stars for Jamie!

The hotel is fine and welcoming. The staff on duty were terrific. It was also quiet, which is greatly appreciated. It was easy to locate but also off of any "main drag" with all the traffic and noise, and so much more peaceful.

It is an older building, and the wear and tear is evident. The smell of cleaning materials and air fresheners is something I don't like, but I appreciate the effort to maintain a clean facility.

The location

The hotel, overall, was clean. The exterior could use some cleaning and landscaping help. The interior is the same way. Overall, it was clean except for the elevator. It seems to me, the cleaning staff overlooks the elevator, and although, it seems kind of petty, most everyone using the hotel will use the elevator.

Convenient for visiting family and friends in near by area. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff is very friendly. Normally we camp with our travel trailer at the Fair Grounds but we sold it and now will be make this hotel our home base when coming back home.

Our and I’m guessing the rooms are in need of updating. The security door latch was just about falling off and parts of the window hardware were missing, that aloud more noise in the room. I did report this to the maintenance man to put on his repair list. We didn’t need to have that done immediately. He was gracious about my reporting items for his “honey to do list”.

the food was average tasting, there was good variety with yogurt/eggs/breads and the waffles were great. coffee machine produced decent flavor. Juice & milk were available.

Took a long time for the front desk to answer when I called to ask what time breakfast ended. When I went down to eat a few minutes later staff was in a room talking with another person. GPS took me to the hotel in front of this one.

Comfortable rooms!

Couldn’t get a receipt upon check out! The pot the kept the gravy in, had gravy caked on the sides like it was reuse over and over again! Wasn’t very appetizing, went elsewhere to eat!

The person there when we checked in was very friendly. The room was a decent size. Close to restaurants and other places.

A few cosmetic issues in our room but nothing awful. The eggs at breakfast were rather rubbery, they weren't scrambled but over hard and just very rubbery

Clean comfortable friendly

Thought it was free airport shuttle. Was wrong. Waited at airport in shuttle pickup for 30 minutes. Trying to call hotel to only get busy signals. Finally took an Uber.

The Ice machine worked, The shower was nice and warm, and it was quite.

The shower was a wee little bit dirty at the top.

My daughter had an early flight out of the Cleveland Airport. It was only 10 minute drive. Lots of food choices for dinner. The front desk lady was super friendly
