1st floor. Easy access with luggage

The Manager is very nasty and disrespectful. Asked for a printed receipt and she refused. Told her the week prior that I stayed the other staff printed me a receipt - even showed the manager my previous weeks receipt and she still refused and get loud and argumentative. She is very rude. I am in management and would never speak to my customers in that manner. I'm here on business with Cleveland Clinic and will never refer anyone to this comfort inn and reported to Cleveland Clinic

Breakfast was decent. It was about average compared to other hotel breakfast. Our favorite part of the stay was the shower. The water pressure was amazing, especially for a hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

The sheets on the bed came off almost every night. They didn't tuck down under the mattress like a standard fitted sheet. The room looked very clean when you first enter, but closer inspection underneath furniture (like the bathroom counter after I dropped something) showed a ton of dirt and hair build up and things other guest have left behind.

It was clean and friendly and amazing for the price.

It smelled so bad of weed. Can't smoke cigarettes in the hotel but they didn't do anything about the horrendous smell of skunk weed in the hallway that eventually seeped into my room. I feel like if you can't smoke, weed should definitely not be allowed either. It was so strong we got nauseous and stunk. I could stand out in the hall and know exactly which room it was coming from. 2 doors away from me yet it was so strong it came into my room within 2 days.

I like the quietness, the location and the value for the price. I only need to sleep for a few hours, take a shower and depart so I am not spending much time there.

Not a big fan of the breakfast sausages, almost vegan type. Eggs are simple scrambled, they could use a little flavor. The other things available like cold cereal, yogurt, toast, waffles and so on are you would expect them to be.

Breakfast vey very good. The server on duty Saturday was exception! Please have the hotel pass that along. Friendly, timely, greeted guests and stayed present in dining area paying close attention to everything.

Only disappointment was the small TV. Sunday server not as good and was sitting using her phone.

The place was clean, breakfast was great. The only thing I didn’t like was they put me on the ground floor & there were only sheers on the windows in the middle. The curtains on the ends didn’t close. So, I asked them if I could have a 2nd floor room & they switched it gladly!

Nothing it was fine.

It comfortably fit me, my husband and 4 kids in one room for a night of rest on our trip home

The elevator seemed like it needed attention after the first time going on it we chose to use the stairs as my kids were afraid to go on it.

The Continental Breakfast was a standout. We consistently had a nice start to our day.

The pull out bed wasn't all that comfortable, but needing it was our fault for accidentally booking a room with beds that we're a little too small.

I will have to say the staff here went above and beyond to welcome us and make sure our stay was awesome. As this is an older hotel our expectations were not high but I will have to say that they bent over backwards to make sure we had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and the bed was beyond comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel!!

There was nothing we didn't like.

Loved the size of the rooms and it's location breakfast was good staff are so so friendly and happy ot help as much as they can

Room was not cleaned the whole week during our stay and the maid only tried to clean as we was checking out
