Of course, I can only speak of my experience. My room was clean and tidy. Beds comfortable. Ac worked great. The shower worked great. Fridge worked great. The Tv was fine, but don't watch much. The sockets to plug in phone chargers are old and don't hold the plug well. They should be updated. But other than that, my room was perfect for me. Staff was very polite to me and thanked me for my stay. I would stay again if in the area. Don't expect much in the way of breakfast. I went out to a local restaurant. If they could do something with this, that would be a big plus, but it's not a deal breaker.

Came up for a concert. Ended up broke down in the parking lot after check out. 2 hours away from home. One of the cleaning crew guys gave us a jump twice. Couldn't get the car running. Had to wait almost 6 hours in the lobby waiting for my family to come haul my car home and pick us up. Long story short. The staff was very friendly and professional. Thank you all very much.

Staff was extremely friendly. I didn't partake in the pool, but did not know it had one so I wasnt prepared. Didn't have time anyway but still!! Thats awesome!

There was one weird person in the parking lot bugging alot of people and he was very interested in my car. Happily there were cameras everywhere so I felt safe.

Check in was fast. I was given a lower level room that I asked for as I was traveling with my dog. Rooms were clean, towels were very soft. Heating system worked well and was quiet. In room refrigerator kept food cold. Bathroom had more space than another hotel I stayed in.

Beds were a little soft for me. No light over sink in that alcove.

I stay here at least once a year, and the owners continue to update the property and are very nice. The location is great for Kent, cuyahoga Valley, and blossom music center.

The breakfast wasn't very good, not much variet and vending machine didn't have much in them plus they only took quarters

Check in process was easy and the front desk staff was very nice. The value here is great and the room was clean and comfortable.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The sink and counter area was very nice. The TV had a very clear picture, as well as the ability to swivel towards whichever bed was watching. The curtains were amazing at blocking out sunlight.

The bathroom was kind of scary and the fan rattled very loudly, as well as the light flickered. Low key thought that Bloody Mary was going to pop out from behind the shower curtain and murder me. Also you could not turn all the lights on at once. You had to go through and turn each lamp on one at a time, and you could hear everything happening outside of your door.

we enjoy the older Motels, where you can pull up to your door. We also enjoyed the location, along with the price.

Every night we stayed, our room key had to be reprogrammed. With hands full, to the second floor, to have your key not work, really got frustrating by day 3.

Clean and comfortable. It was just what I needed for an overnight trip through OH.
