We had a large spacious room for our 3 days. It had two tables for laptop researching and journaling. Large bathroom with shelf space. Lots of places to eat near buy...many walkable. The beds were comfortable, the refrigerator was larger than most mini's and the TV had endless channels. The property was clean and well managed and safe. The staff was very cordial but businesslike. Also, there is a donut shop two blocks away called The Jelly Donut that has the best that I have ever eaten! Lots of choices.

Parking was a bit limited after 9PM when they are full with no apparent Plan B's. They did not have a washer and dryer on site nor lobby breakfast. though there was coffee in the room. I think that the one thing that we did not like most was that you had to check in thru a small window while standing in the parking lot. There was no lobby. It was difficult to see who you were dealing with while passing your credit card and license into a dark hole. Very impersonal...but turned out OK.

The rooms were great but the front desk service was over the top! Friendly, funny and so very helpful!

Our room the first night was right under a street light that blazed all night and we didn't have a blackout curtain. We felt like we were sleeping in daylight...not terribly restful!

The whole town is idyllic, and the owner saved us. On our way to California we hd to turn back in the middle of the nigjt due to forest fires. On our way back I reserved a room for us at this hotel for a wronf day. In the middle of the night the owner gave us a room and cancelled our false reservation without any penalty surcharges that the hotel would have been entitled to. In the morning he check on us that we had had a good night sleep before we headed on again. Super nice atmosphere!

The manager was very helpful and nice

I had a knock on my door Wednesday as i was answering someone was actually opening the door and surprised, I was in the room, they said they are maintenance and was asking who I boo0ked my room through and how much I pad for the room, I gave them the information and they left.

The facility is quiet and in a very easy to reach location from the highways. It has been recently refurbished and is in great condition. Also, it is a very short drive to the beautiful Rogue River that runs through Grant's Pass...

The window curtains need to be thicker to keep out some of the ambient parking lot lighting.

Amanda🥰 the front office manager is amazing helpful funny and makes your stay feel welcome I have traveled for work and stayed here numerous times and I would continue to stay as she always accommodates it makes me feel welcome.

I liked everything about this hotel! Great staff, room clean, good TV channels, seen no bugs!! Dairy Queen is literally across the street as well as Carl's within walking distance, VERY peaceful with friendly "neighbors." I was outside smoking at 2 am and felt perfectly safe! I would stay there every time if I was in that area!!!

Then this is my second time staying there and they tried to charge us $20 to park that was so wrong I got I went there thinking I'm going to get a good deal but I almost lost the deal over the $20

The staff is very accommodating, very hospitable. Not a fancy place, but very comfortable. Owners keep it quiet and clean. This is usually my go-to place when I need a room.

Nothing you can do about it, but I don't like the stairs. I know I need to reserve earlier to get a downstairs room. Older hotel, small parking lot - a little challenging to turn around.

I left a note in the return door key card. We thought that room was the best decorated room that we have stayed. It was homey feeling. Loved the colors of the room.

Good thing it was not raining as it would have been uncomfortable checking in at the outside window. There was no breakfast snack but that was not important as there seemed to be resturants close by. There should a list of near by breakfast opened (early timing) resturants.
