It was conveniently located. It was relatively quiet. Breakfast area/ food was good.

The staff was less than helpful. Our credit card was charged $25.00 to cover incidentals. No explanation was given as to what the incidentals were. It is now just shy of three weeks since we checked out, and this charge has not been removed from our credit card. Calls to inquire about this matter have been extremely unsuccessful, both to the local number and the corporate number. My call has been hung up on numerous times and I still don’t have an answer or have the charges reversed or released.

The breakfast was wonderful, the gym was nice, the room was comfortable overall and staff was friendly. Location was very good. We were there for a swim invitational at IUP and it was about 5 minutes away. Check in was fast and the water in the shower was nice and hot.

The pool area was very disappointing. Part of the ceiling was falling in, doors were very rusty and the water was freezing. Room was clean overall although the vent in the bathroom had cobwebs but the common areas were very dirty.

The breakfast selection was poor. The pancake machine wasn't working. They were out of eggs and other guests had to alert staff that most of the hot foods were empty. We paid for our stay through the Booking app but the manager charged our credit card again. We found the charge because we got a notification from our bank. Another staff member was able to straighten it out for us. The facilities were fine. Our room was comfortable and clean.

We went there for just a few hours to rest before Groundhog Day. The room was good, the bed was comfortable, and everything was clean. The parking lot was spacious. The Indian man at the front desk was very nice, approachable, and resourceful.

The only issue was the black woman at the front desk, who was rude and didn’t respond to my greeting.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. The amenities and pool access made the stay more welcoming and enjoyable. There were plenty breakfast options and table seating in different areas that allowed for a family oriented setting for my kids and I.

We arrived later at night and parking was limited in front of property. We didn’t want to park on rear of building was as it was dark.

Location and staff

The air conditioner worked rather strange. It would cycle between either blowing hot or then cold air. it was late both nights when we arrived back to room so we did not call desk. Our room was 317.

For our visit the location was perfect, we had places we needed to visit both north and south of your location so it was the perfect spot for us.

The bathroom was a bit small, specifically the placement of the toilet at 6'2", I could not sit on it normally. Also the shower stall was a bit small as well, but functional.

Staff was extremely friendly and my room was perfect. There was a lot of variety for breakfast. Stayed two nights to attend classes at IUP. Quiet and comfortable. I plan on staying again in the future!
