The remodeled pool area was a welcome surprise for the whole family to play. The rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet.

The hot tubs were not hot, just a bit warmer than the pool. The pool was great with an actual deep end of eight feet but they need to clean the bottom of it.

We love this hotel . We stop every year on the way home to Iowa from Idaho .

Leaving the pool and hot tub open till a later time during the week . We traveled 12 hours and was looking forward to soaking to relax . Breakfast choices not great

I did not have breakfast. I was there for the Leading Ladies Marathon, and we left at 5:00. It was around 10:30 when we got back and I just headed back home.

The service at Lucky"s Pub is terrible. I sat in the restaurant for over an hour and was not waited on at all. I was seated and given a menu but nothing after that. I finally left after another couple who came in later was seated and received their food.

Room very nice. View surrounding pool aeea.area.. Both our rooms were next to each other which was great! Your only elevator is ery small and in a difficult spot for a scooter to enter. My husband had some problems getting into the elevator, so for the disability aspect of maneuvering around, not ideal. The pool was FREEZING. Rock flooring surrounding the pool was very hard to walk on Whirlpool was nice. Roomy and a good temperature. Breakfast was outstanding!!! Great selection, very friendly and helpful staff replenishing food items in a timely manner. They Helped me get my food to the table I am disabled and they were so helpful!! Staff at front desk upon arriving and lchecking out in the morning were fantastic. The guy with the purple hair ( I don't recall his name, sorry) was a hoot. Funny, knowledgeable, gave me direction to some local restaurants. Hr made sure everything was good with our reservation. The morning staff on our check out went above and beyond my expectations. It was a quick easy checkout. They were both so friendly and helpful!!! Our stay at the Holiday Inn Convention Center in Spearfish was excellant. Thank you so much for you amazing hospitality. We had booked a reservation at the Hampton in Spearfish for 2 rooms. When I call to confirm. They only had 1 room left. We needed 2, which I had booked for. They were so rude at the Hampton. So really glad we booked at your convention Center. Thank you again. Your facility is Excellant!!!

Pool FREEZING, rock flooring surrounding pool very uncomfortable to walk on. AC in bedroom area and living room area VERY noisy.

Clean, quiet, great service by the staff during our awards banquet. Looking forward to next year. Have wanted to stay here for a long time

Very family friendly. Quiet. Clean. Friendly staff. Good restaurant and breakfast. Our grandkids loved the pool area.

Wonderful dinner and breakfast. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. I hope to stay here on my next trip to Montana.

We loved our room and our balcony. It was a nice-quiet night that we stayed and it met our expectations. Would definitely do another family vacay if they could heat the pool more.

Heat the pool!!! Nobody can swim and enjoy cold pools and then get out of pool and freeze even more. We would definitely bring family back for vacations and swimming but not unless the pool gets warmer. Also, all the extra inside doors to go through to get to elevator was a pain with a baby stroller but that isn’t a deal breaker.

This hotel has been a Spearfish mainstay for many years. Great location easy access on & off I90, great place to stay for days tris in the Northern Hills and ski resorts. Beds are very comfortable.

Rooms are a bit outdated.
