This is not a Hilton, so don’t go there expecting that and then complain. The room was very clean. The staff is very friendly, polite and friendly. Excellent customer service. I loved having a fireplace in my room. I could hear the creek running. The price for the rooms is a great price. The free breakfast is also nice. I would definitely stay there again.
My sister and I wanted adjoining rooms and that didn’t happen.

Sparkly clean room. Plenty of towels and amenities. Beautiful location with running water right outside. Fabulous location. We walked to everything.
We didn’t like the breakfast, except the fresh biscuits were awesome.

The morning front desk staff were excellent (Niki and Breanna). They were very helpful as I had a couple of falls in my room and they graciously came and helped me up (just slipped and have a bad back - no injury).
The housekeeper who came to our room and attempted to come in with just a quick knock. She was rude and upset that we hadn't left our room yet. Our room did NOT get straightened up that day and we even told the other housekeeper that was down the hall when we were leaving and she said she would let the rude one know. We had to call the front desk that evening when we returned to get some clean towels and HE informed us that we had to come down to get them ourselves. Not good!!!

The facility was very clean. The rooms were clean, and the view was great.
The cleaning staff was very rude to me and my daughter on two separate occasions. We brought lunch in from a local restaurant, and we forgot forks. When I went down to the lobby to get a couple, the cleaning lady yelled at me. It was not because she feared I would fall, no she informed me in a very rude tone that I was causing her more work. She did not appreciate my walking on the lobby floor. However, the people behind the desk were great. They provided insight on several venues and were absolutely great with the checking in and out process.

My boyfriend enjoyed the breakfast very much, especially the waffles. Since I am a strict vegan I found it challenging to eat much in Gatlinburg in general; however, the fresh apples and hot tea were wonderful.
I liked almost everything about our stay and would certainly be back. Perhaps making a continental breakfast more vegan friendly in the future to accommodate guests who cannot consume dairy or animal products would be a nice touch. Also, the hot tub was out of order so that waa a bummer but overall it was a wonderful experience and we will certainly be back again to stay.

It doesn’t look impressive driving up to it. It’s obviously older, but right on the river, so that’s okay. We were very pleasantly surprised that the interior has been updated very nicely. Our room was very pleasant, the bathroom was well appointed, and our balcony looked directly out onto the river. Delightful stay, all in all.
There was nothing I would change, but during the thunderstorm our last night, it sounded like water may have been dripping onto our ceiling. When we heard that, we noticed a ceiling patch in the area where the dripping sounded. Perhaps a little attention to the roof/ceiling is in order, although we never saw any sign of dampness.

Everything about our stay here was perfect. The price was so good we almost couldn’t believe it! The hot tub and pool were very nice and relaxing after a long day of hiking. The breakfast was very good (eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, toast, fruit, cereal, coffee, juice, etc.) and our room was very clean and comfortable. It was so peaceful to be able to listen to the river from our room and see the flowing waters from our balcony! The staff here are some of the nicest hospitality staff I’ve ever met. They truly care about your experience and comfort. I normally don’t write reviews for hotels and things like that, but this place was so exceptional I just had to. I will absolutely be back!!!

This location was great! The checkin /out was seamless and the desk attendant (Nicole) was great! The room was good and bed very comfortable.
The breakfast food was fine and what’s usually served and expected, yet the attentiveness of the staff at that time was disappointing. No one paid attention to things that were out and needed refilled ie. waffle batter and milk. Also no one cleaned tables in between or after use(some did it themselves) or emptied trash. Never saw breakfast attendant in 3 days except once when asking for rag to wipe table.

Loved that this was very close everything. What wasn’t walkable, was a short drive. The river was beautiful and the outdoor seating was nice.
It was not clean. Paid a $60 pet fee so assumed I was in a dog friendly room, when we arrived I let my dog roam the room only for him to find mysterious pellets all over the ground. He ate them. Management assured it was not poison but still, was expecting a clean room upon arrival. Long walk to get fresh water. Loud construction/trash trucks and banging all through the night.

The property is very close to everything. The room was spacious and had a Nice size balcony with nice view of the river. Trolley stop right infeont of buildimg on the main road. If you like to walk everything in Gatlinburg is a 15-20 min walk. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. Room service everyday they kept it neat and tidy for you. I love how they offer flexibility on check in with a little fee depending in how early you are. Its $10 every hour your early.
