cottage essentially clean except cupboards doors/drawers were sticky, otherwise very clean, comfortable. Housekeeping came upon request for towels, etc. Needed a larger pot for pasta and office gave us a brand new set of pots and pans. Pool and spa perfect temp, very clean and pleasant with plenty of patio furniture and floatie. The location is off the "main drag", but a close enough walk. Location is right near entrance to roaring motor trail and 3 minutes to Ely's Mountain store. Only disappointment with 1 room cottage, on creek, was a beautiful view but along the road with a lot of traffic noise. Would definitely

Very close to town and budget friendly. Stayed in cabin 15. Easy parking in front of the cottage. Located across from office- so easy towel exchange. We didn’t need room cleaning, but it is offered free of charge by request. Located close to the pool. The beds were comfortable, the sofa bed was what you would expect (not the most comfortable) This cabin fit a large family of 6. Kids were happy they got to see some bears on the property. Never had an issue getting a spot at the pool/hot tub. The pool was very clean. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Would stay again.

I loved the hot tub and pool. I also liked the porch area overlooking the stream. We booked this place because they could accommodate my husbands truck with trailer which was perfect. Our room was quite spacious. The 2 gentlemen working the front desk were very polite and kind. We did get to see a bear a few times and that was exciting!!

I wish the pool/hot tub hours began at 8 or 9am not 10. Our bed wasn’t the most comfortable but for a short stay it worked. The property isn’t the most esthetically. It could use some clean up and landscaping work as we found many nails and screws in the parking lots. There was also lots of old junk cars and debris everywhere. It looked as though maybe the clean up process is started but definitely no where near done. Again, great for a short trip.

The view and location were amazing. The staff went above and beyond for us. I had called a few days before letting them know it was my boyfriend's birthday. They went as far as making at "towel cake' and placing blue rose petals on the bed for when we arrived. Such a great experience.

The only problem was this wasn't the room that was pictured on booking.com The room was supposed to have a whirlpool spa bath. Well it did, sorta. It was a jetted bathroom tub and not the Jacuzzi that was listed. But we made the best of it and the staff was great. So it was easy to overlook.

The cottage we stayed in was so cute! It was warm, cozy, and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and it wasn't far at all from downtown Gatlinburg. The surrounding area was beautiful, and the sound of the nearby stream was very peaceful. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely book with them again!

The bed in our cottage was a little too firm for our liking, but that may be preference-based. The cottage itself was clean, but there was a little bit of an old musty smell, but that may be the norm for cabins/cottages (this was my first time staying in one, so I don't know if this is normal or not).

everything here is wonderful we've stayed here before and we will be staying here again the staff is very helpful and friendly the rooms are clean and the property is not only conviently located but also very well equipped for the family that doesn't want to have to take the kids through the hustle and bustle of downtown as they have a full family center pool and hot tub as well as fire pits and grills for outdoor cooking and s'mores with the kids and they're right along the creek

the chairs on the balcony were not very comfortable the pillows on the beds weren't great and they were kinda small

The room was beautiful and felt very spacious with the high ceiling. I appreciated the ramp instead of stairs to get to our floor…made lugging suitcases so much easier. Also, being able to open our windows at night (because there were screens) and listen to the sound of the river below us was so peaceful and lulled us to sleep. Since we were on the third floor we had no fear of bears trying to get in our room thru the balcony screens. We were able to easily walk to Gatlinburg from the hotel but didn’t hear the hustle and bustle while trying to sleep which was a plus. Coming back to the pool and hot tub after a day in the mountains or in town was a definite plus as well, you didn’t feel like you were on display like so many of the other pools in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge because this one is tucked in the back instead of roadside.

The only thing that could’ve made it better was having somewhere outside to dispose of our trash. We didn’t need maid service though we could’ve requested it, just somewhere to take our own trash out of the room would’ve been nice.

Amazing location. Fabulous launch pad for hiking in the smokies. It was awesome to have a kitchen, hot tub, and laundry facilities. The staff was very responsive. It was a great value for the money and exactly what we needed. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Despite being clean in every other way, our room initially had a thin layer of sawdust, splinters, and even four screws on the floor. However they cleaned it all up when we called housekeeping. There was also dried wood glue in wierd places. It seems like they did some renovations in a rather slapdash way, but hey: that means they did renovations. This isn’t a super fancy place but it has everything we actually needed/wanted.

The cottage was very nice we had a view overlooking the back patio, there was a stream of water to fish and enjoy sitting by the campfire or grilling on the grill. We had a hot tub in our room which was very relaxing.

We loved it all. Very nice kitchen with stove and refrigerator, kitchen has silverware and pots and pans and coffee pot and even wine glasses. We loved the area even has a swimming pool for you to relax in.

Great location, our room was right next to the roaring fork with birds and squirrels around. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. I loved listening to the creek. The pool was clean and very nice. The location was great.

The rooms are a little dated and could be a bit cleaner, especially the floors and light fixtures. There are firepits right outside the rooms, so our room constantly smelled like smoke, I think it was coming from the AC unit. The walls are pretty thin so you can hear your neighbors very clearly.
