Each room has balcony access overlooking a beautiful creek. The creek is loud, but so relaxing! It helped me drift off to sleep each night. Their are chairs provided on each balcony. Our room had a vaulted ceiling, so even though it was small, it felt huge. The room was clean and the mattresses are wrapped in the bed bug protectors. The Inn is right down the street from a trolley stop as well, which was super convenient to help with the town parking situation.

This is trivial, but the bathroom sink faucet was way too short for the size of the sink. It was hard to wash our cups and we had a toddler, so it was difficult for him to reach the water. That was really my only qualm about the place.

The AMAZING CREEK. Was so beautiful. Location was great. Price was good! Room was clean. Not sure why some re iews complained about water temp. I had no problem with hot water. Pressure was good. Not bad as people said.

Beds were so so. Notnthe comfiest but not the worst. I was able to sleep fine. Only things I wish it had but it's a structure this would be a windows to open a little so u can enjoy the sound of the creek at night. Loud enough to hear thru door but not as soothing when door was open. Another would be a full length mirror. There was only the vanity mirror ny sink. Otherwise nothing else. We will stay again in future. I loved finding this gem.

The price is RIGHT! For the minimal cost it has BIG amenities. Every room has a balcony that backs up to the creek!! There's chairs to sit, relax and take in the amazing views of the creek! I needed to extend my stay for one night and the lady at the front desk was super helpful and made sure we were able to stay in the same room! Which is a plus cause we didn't have to drag all of our luggage to another room! For the cost it is simply amazing! They have laundry facilities on site. We weren't able to use them but it is there!

The beds were a little less than comfortable but nothing we couldn't deal with. The floors could use a better sweeping and mopping but everything else was great!

1 st shift put us in double beds room and I paid for queen..2 nd shift moved us to an awesome room 111..

Booking or the hotel tried to take a 1 day payment out and I was supposed to have paid for room when I got there..so I sent the full amount before arrival and when we did arrive they said they hadn't received my payment and wanted to charge me again.had to call booking to get it straightened out ..took me 30 mins to get checked in..

This was our second stay at this hotel. It's priced very decently and within walking distance to many places. This time, we stayed in an updated room, and it was very impressive!

The microwave wasn't clean, and the refrigerator was ajar and frozen over. Wasn't a big deal, we wiped out the microwave and let the fridge defrost overnight, and it worked perfectly afterward. The facility could use another cart or two to assist with luggage. We only saw one and had to wait for it. Other than those little things, it was perfect, and we will return. :)

Great Inn for a short budget stay. The rooms were a great size and we got the pleasure of seeing a Bear from our balcony, an experience which was fantastic. Large sheltered balconies with lovely peaceful river views. Lovely friendly staff, welcome pack of snacks was a lovely touch for such a little Inn, parking was easy and simple and everything was well explained. Rooms were large and clean and very spacious, hairdryer and iron etc were handy also.

Unsure if there was a safe as couldn't seem to locate one. Would have preferred non glass screens between rooms as although frosted bit more private if this was solid divide.

The updated room was very nice! The balcony view was beautiful and the added lights at time that changed colors were a little cherry on top! They had a large TV in the room. My favorite part was complimentary makeup wipes!! I thankfully brought mine this trip but this is the only hotel that I have seen that offers! It’s was a nice little touch!

The AC unit didn’t seem to be working at full capacity. We had it set on 65 because we are hot natured and the room felt to stay around 70-75ish. We are not the type of people to complain so we just opened up our balcony door in the evening to let some of the cooler air in and we were fine! It was very warm outside each day we were there so I’m sure that was causing the unit to work harder.

It was so vintage and cute! The architecture was something you don’t see anymore. The small river out back was beautiful, and we didn’t even have one of the better river views. We want to try the Thai restaurant next door the next time we come. The signage was so cool- and we saw a bear shimmy down a tree! The staff was really kind, the beds were SO COMFORTABLE. This is our new gatlinburg home! The Flapjack restaurant across the street was wonderful. The charm of this whole area makes me glad we stayed here and not pigeon forge, but it was super close to Dollywood.

The tub wouldn’t hold water, the drain stopper didn’t work, but if we had stayed for longer, we would have asked them to fix it. There were some ants, but it’s right on the forest edge, so we expected that. The floors could have been cleaner.

I absolutely enjoyed this hotel. I loved the balcony overlooking the water. The staff was nice when I did speak with them and we actually loved this place so much that we extended our stay by a day. It's close enough to all the things in Gatlinburg but also just tucked away enough that it's nice. The bears were fun to see too as there tended to be some nearby almost every day. We'll definitely make this our place to stay when we visit. It's affordable and awesome!

Literally the only thing I can think of that I didn't like was the fact that no one came in and at least changed the garbage cans out since they were small. Our trash was pretty much overflowing to the point we had to sit it next to the trashcan when we left.

I liked the location. The room was clean, except for a few cobwebs in the bathroom. The bedding was clean. The bed was ok.I liked the fact that I saw a total of three bears. One was walking through the creek . I got some good pictures of him. One scared me. I was getting out of my car, and he was just walking through the hotel liked he was staying there. He ran off once he saw me coming. I was standing on my balcony when I took the pictures.

I didn't like that the hotel had a balcony that you couldn't smoke on. I usually pick hotels with balconies because I smoke.
