The room was amazing and clean

I wasn’t sure how to watch tv but that’s minor we didn’t watch it anyway lol

Location was excellent for us, close to food and out of the crazy of the main drag, but also within walking distance of it. The room exceeded our expectations for the price point and was better than many rooms we have stayed in that were much more expensive. Lots of plug-ins in the room, the bed was very comfortable, there was a small couch and a bar height table with a couple of stools to sit at. The room was sufficiently quiet that we had no problems falling or staying asleep.

Parking could be tight with our long pickup but they had sufficient parking that we were comfortable with our spot and we did not block access past us. There were no towels in the room when we arrived but were brought quickly when requested.

The surroundings of the whole property, right outside your cabin door was absolutely amazing. We had a date reserved and the storm had destroyed the whole area. So there was no power for miles and miles. I loved how even though a refund was not possible and it was the day of our reservation, they called and not only gave me the option to change my date but gave me 1 year from the day to reserve it. I thought that was really nice, and an amazing thing they did. They didn't have to either so that was out of their kindness. So I genuinely appreciate that and will go back in the future many times. Another thing I loved is that we decided to go even though the power was out due to the schedules of my girlfriend and I making it difficult for us to get w days off in a row together. So there was no power and again they went way out of their way for us. They had lanterns, bottled drinking water, board games, amd much more. So aside from the comfortable cabins,)which there are many to choose from) and the breathtaking views of the beautiful NC mountains, you have the owners and staff that even though they never met you, or even have ever set eyes on you that treat you like family. I don't know about anyone else, but in my experience people like these are very very hard to come by. Thanks again

The room was fine. Clean and comfy. The location was great. This was actually our 2nd time staying at this location but possibly the last.

The staff. Last year was great. The lady was wonderful. This time it was a young man. He never said a word, he was always sleeping at the desk. We asked for toilet paper and he seemed annoyed and again never spoke just sat it down in front of my husband and pulled his hoodie up and went back to sleep.

I thought the stay was VERY NICE! When I walked through the door when we arrived I was actually shocked because I wasn't expecting for it to be so nice (because of how inexpensive it was). Everything was clean and our room felt so cozy. Also, the bed and pillows at SOOO comfy. The location is VERY NICE especially for what we paid for each night. You can't find affordable pricing in walking distance to downtown anymore, but you all have the best pricing around.

The stay and location were perfect for us. We booked just looking someplace to sleep but we're pleasantly surprised when we got in our room. It was clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were amazing. It was far enough away for it to be quiet but still close enough to walk to everything. If we come back to Gatlinburg we will definitely return. I told the manager it was a hidden gem and I meant it.

The outside is outdated but all the rooms inside were updated and clean.

It's location is approx 300 yds from the main drag. Where the Parkway meets the main street, Ole Red is right across the street, Gatlinburg Brewing is next to you and GBurg's biggest tattoo is passed along the way. Staff is very polite and helpful, parking is easy and little smoke shop/mini market is right next door.

Not much...rooms are great, facility is under new management so ice machine, pool down for renovation and upgrades, otherwise biz dates rates ate great and weekend rates beat most locations on River Road. So a beautiful and pleasant walk to main thoroughfare if patient enuf to wait on trolley.

The room was newly renovated and very clean. The staff was kind and helpful not only with the facility but also locating local places to eat that will be of interest to our family of four. The beds are soft.. This was in walking distance of everything the furthest restaurant away in town was about 23 minutes walk. Do you only walk about four or five minutes before you hit the main downtown area. if you were able to walk for 20 minutes it’s worth it not to pay $20 for parking in the parking spaces downtown.. By the way, walking is faster than driving in Gatlinburg Tennessee. We found that out the hard way. haha. And as a woman I really appreciated the soft toilet paper. We have plenty of wash clause, hand towels and bath towels and didn’t have to ask for more.. The room was super clean no dust on any shelf lamp or anything.

We were hesitant to book here due to some really bad reviews, but we are so glad we did! The location is ideal for walking around Gatlinburg and it was a short drive to access various trails and sites to explore the Smoky mountains. The room was pretty basic (which we expected from the photos and price) and it was clean, comfortable and the staff was so helpful!!

The room was very nice, smelled great and the bed was perfect.

We wanted to stay another night and tried to call and go to the front desk about 5 times but no luck. So we had to go to a different hotel. We did have a room by the ramp and Hurd ppl late at night screaming and running up and down it
