It was just minutes to town but far enough away from the chaos to enjoy the quiet. We had bears roaming which was really neat to see. We knew to stay away and give them their space so it was beautiful to observe them roaming at night.

I didn't realize we didn't have a coffee pot in our room and the mattresses were not that comfortable.

We were welcomed on arrival and was taken to our room we explained were from the uk and was going to dollyworld the following day the manager on the desk (can't remember his name) then said leave it to him and he would arrange to get us there nice and early to beat the crowds which he did he then offered to arrange for us to get back to knoxville airport which he never had to do we were so grateful this saved us a lot of stress you must stay here if visiting gatlinburg it's location is great and you might even get to se the odd BEAR 🐻 or 2 the only suggestion I would make is put a few hangers in the room for your clothes to hang on see picture gatlinburg itself has got loads to see and do and pigeon forge is not to far away on the trolly the trolly is free to use in gatlingburg but there is a small fee to use in pigeon forge there are a few shops just over the road from the hotel for essentials and lots of shops and restaurants in gatlingburg we would definitely return to this hotel on our next visit

Pros: It was really really really clean. I am deeply paranoid about cleanliness when it comes to motels but walking in you smelled the cleaner and could tell they put a ton of effort into making the space clean. The location was decent. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to the center of the Gatlinburg strip. The guy at the front desk was super nice. He even gave us recommendations on what to do while we were there. He was knowledgeable and kind and understanding. The check in process was super easy and took less than 5 minutes. Housekeeping was great. They came everyday and replaced towels, made the beds, and took out the trash. It was nice to have that done and I didn't feel like anything was missing from my room whenever I came back.

Cons: If you are in the building on the hill ... Get ready for a HIKE haha. It wasn't horrible but after walking uphill back to the motel the last thing I wanted to do was hike up that hill. Again, not horrible just something to seriously note. Not a ton of amenities. For the price though, it came with everything I needed. I wish they had Kleenex and paper towels in the room, but again, for the price that was okay that it didn't. I also wish they had some type of vending machine on the property but we brought water with us so that was fine. The bathroom is T I N Y. If you are a bigger person... Expect that. Didn't ruin my experience because it was so clean but it was a very small bathroom.

I had a recently renovated room and so everything worked well. Bed comfy, room clean. Owners were very helpful and gave maps, explained about the trolley pickups. I extended my stay to see more Great Smokey Mountains National Park. I was very glad this Inn is away from the hustle and bustle of towns.

Everything was fine. My only exception was coffee was only available in the office, so for coffee drinkers this was awkward. Otherwise, excellent.

My room was up the stairs, facing the road. It was plenty big enough, as I was traveling alone, but even with another person, it would have been perfect. The staff was very nice. They allowed me to extend my stay by one night, that was very helpful! They helped with anything I had needed. I would stay here again.

As I told the staff, the water pressure in my room was pretty "light". And there needed to be a lamp beside the bed. They said they were probably going to turn that room into a suite!

The location is great: it is just outside of the most busy part of the town, so you can easily get into the town on foot, but you can also enjoy the nature and peace. The room was very quiet and we could sleep very well. Amazing view over the mountains. Lots of parking spaces. Amazingly friendly and helpful personal at the reception, it was a great pleasure to stay here!

The room could have been a little bit more clean

It was right on the mountain and walking distance from a lot of cool shops! The staff were so sweet and kind. The room was relatively clean, no bed bugs or anything nasty.

There were a few holes in the walls and the tub looked a bit worn, but nothing horrible. Any damage or anything that seemed to look “dirty” also looked impossible to clean and would only be able to be fixed if it was remodeled or something.
