The location was great! The parking was really good... big spots, with plenty of room between, which is a hot commodity in Gatlinburg. Check in was a breeze and the desk clerk was nice. The room was exceptionally clean! And I don't know what proprietary technology Sleep Inn has, but the hot water gets hotter than the fires of Hell, crazy fast! I'm not complaining...(I want that at my house too) 😀 Beds slept well and the free breakfast was pretty darn good. Eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, yogurts,fruit, cereal, hot coffee and juices. A good way to start off the day. Check-out was easier than check-in and the cost was amazing for Gatlinburg, after the winter off season.

The tub drained really slowly. And there needs to be an exhaust fan in the bathroom. A lunch buffet with an 8:00 pm Chipotle chaser, is too much to ask of any restroom without a fan! And my left over, Covid era N95s were out in the car and way out of reach when nature called. Exhaust fan ...please and thank you! 💩😜

We only stayed for 1 night, but it was great. The building is dated but Jr was very clean. I could almost give a 9, but the bed pillows were teeny tiny, about the size of a throw pillow on your couch. It made it very hard, if your a person that tosses and turns, like myself, to actually stay on your baby pillow. I keep waking myself up because I ended sleeping on my arms and hands tucked under my head. Aside from that, it was great. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable about the area. The breakfast had a wide variety of foods. They even had 2 waffle irons to make fresh waffles! Again, the property is dated, but it was very clean! I will take dated and clean any day over newer but dirty! And the staff was amazing! We will definitely book here again!

Teeny tiny bed pillows. That is literally the only bad thing I can say, but inconsistent sleep because of that made my score an 8, as the sleep side is 3/4 of the stay.

I love the staff they were all super helpful and friendly. The rooms are always clean. We like to stay in a room with a patio because the door leads straight to the sidewalk. It's not a bad walk to get to anything you need in Gatlinburg. For the price you pay you can't beat it. We stay here every time we come to Gatlinburg. The free breakfast is great and having an indoor pool makes it very nice for the colder seasons. We celebrated our little girls second birthday here and they allowed us to do a mini party with my mom and grandma(we are locals so they just showed up for a couple of hours). It was an awesome stay as always!

The only complaint we could even possibly have is the beds are a little hard but again not bad overall.

Location is EXCELLENT. Parking was convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety. Balcony had a good view of the bustle of Gatlinburg, but the sounds of traffic didn’t seep into the room. The pool and lazy river were a huge bonus and a hit. My kids are still babies at 1 and 3, and it was family friendly. Value for money is excellent.

Some minor things were outdated, the common areas were quite small (lobby, breakfast dining area) and the room size was a little smaller than I was used to/expecting. Smoking was allowed right outside the pool area which made the aquatic facility smell.

The staff was the friendliest I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Not just to me and my wife but my young son as well. They were helpful and nice and even when I felt like I was interrupting them, staff serviced me with a smile and assured me it was fine!

There were a few stains on our sheets and blankets but it was noted that they were short staffed and was probably an accidental oversight of how clean the room was left rather than them just not caring.

First off the room i booked online isnt the one i got they changed it when i checked in and what really made me not to happy was None of the jacuzzis in the rooms worked they was all waiting on maintenance to fix them so no matter what room i booked i paid for a non working jacuzzi which they said was same price... The hot tub at the pool worked but the indoor pool was freezing so couldnt even stand to get in it. So everyone there was in the hottub so we just stayed in room while we was there..Over all everyone staff wise was nice

The location and facilities were amazing. They had an amazing spa that was perfectly heated. The breakfast was great too. My family truly enjoyed our stay there.

The spa/pool area was on a strict timeframe 10am to 10pm. A clock in the area would be great. My husband and I left our phones in our rooms so they wouldn't get wet, and a staff member had to tell us to leave the area as it was past the time. Maybe consider extending the time a little later. On most nights we did not get back to the room until 9 after exploring the town.

It was the best bang for your buck in Gatlinburg! The facility was clean, in a quiet location still within walking distance from everything, the pool was fantastic and the hot tub was so relaxing! The beds and pillows were comfortable, the shower had great water pressure and the staff was super kind.

If I had to complain about anything it would be that I couldn't stay longer lol it was truly awesome. It is not right on the strip if that matters but it was in a perfect location and I enjoyed it more because it didn't have all the noise from the strip.

We stayed almost a week so theres lots to say! The staff was amazing and very welcoming. I had some booking issues and had to make 2 different reservations online, then ended up adding an extra night, too. We were allowed to stay in the same room the entire time instead of making us move around everytime and they handled all my problems with a smile. Heron, the front desk worker at night, needs a raise. He was always smiling, very polite and professional, and fixed my room card every night and never seemed aggravated about it. It was nice to see staff always smiling. The girl with the long hair was also very sweet! The lazy river was nice and the pool and hot tub were great! It was all very clean. I couldn't have picked a better place to stay to celebrate Christmas with my mom, husband, and daughter. Adjoining king suites definitely was the way to go for this trip. The location was wonderful, parking was close and free and didn't have to fight traffic because a trolley stop was right at the hotel. We go to Gatlinburg often and I believe we have found our new favorite place!!

I think there is only one elevator in the whole place. we had to wait a few times to let families go in front of us to stay together

The hotel is conveniently walking back and forth to the strip in Gatlinburg. Had a indoor pool, and while not fancy, the kids enjoyed it. The staff was friendly. No problems while there.

The beds are uncomfortable and pillows were throw pillow size, not standard. Also my friend in the adjoining room did have a cockroach on her bathroom counter. As this is a old building and only one, easy to overlook. Also no regular room service, so had to put trash in the hall to be consistently picked up.
