the staff was very nice and helpful. I like the fact that you can text a question and immediately get a response.

We could hear the neighbors word for word through the adjoining door. We also were under the impression that you could use the waterpark for free, but that is not the case. We had to pay to use the water park facility.

The unit was a good size and the bathroom was also a good size.

We were charged $150 plus taxes for ONE NIGHT for our dog. Extreme rip off for having a well trained dog with us IN A CRATE when we left the room. Not impressed at all with that - almost as much for the dog as for us. This place is insanely busy at times and rather over run with sales pitches along with other shuttles and the number of workers needed in the property. We were place at the TOP of the resort because we booked over Booking, I'm pretty sure - not a great location and the room level offering had no balcony and took about 10 minutes to drive from the entrance to the room up the mountain. Not convenient at all.

Room was nice and was so happy they accommodated us with a joining rooms. The restaurant on the property was amazing. Ate there almost every day. Bed was so comfortable. Loved my room.

Ask for more towels first time they brought me a bag of hand towels. Finally after calling 4 times they finally answered and brought bath towels. The check in people was rude to my son. I wasn't happy about that but the others were nice. Outside in the stairways was dirty but rooms were very clean.

Property is well situated in the heart of a beautiful densely wooded property ! Space is extremely clean, well maintained and the staff was nice. We had breakfast at their restaurant which was very good

My reservation was deceiving. I reserved two studio units for two different couples. I was given one appropriately sized unit. The other was half the size. Yet they charged me the same rate for both units and did not compensate me with any kind of reimbursement for their mistake.

The water park, comfortable bed,and nice size cabins.

Staff trying to get us to buy Timeshare. The general manager from the Timeshare is very rude also. We told them no several times,then we did not want it. We were also on the tour for 4 hours, and were told during the beginning that it was only going to be an hour and a half. The staff member that was showing us the tour,was cursing,and vaping.

The cabin was perfect for my family of 6. The bed was very comfortable. The sofa couch was alittle uncomfortable per my children and there wasn't a fitted sheet for it. We made due with the flat sheet and blanket. We brought throws with us.

We didn't have any extra tissue paper. The trash cans were small and we weren't provide extra trash bags so we went out to buy some to get us through our stay of 4 days and 3 nights.

The villa/cabin! It was so much nicer than the Wilderness. The option to make your own meals is lovely too. The hot tub and showers were amazing.

Parking was tight and a major problem and turn off. Also this could not be helped or prevented in any way, but the wind was atrocious and I did not sleep for the two the nights I stayed out of fear and panic. I was honestly so scared.

The room was amazing. I highly recommend this property to anyone traveling as a family. The views are breathtaking! So many amenities. Over all wonderful experience.

Parking is hard if you get in late. They say busy season it gets even harder. Be prepared to use shuttle services.Security had to help us get back to our cabin.

Beautiful property, spacious and clean.

The food was terrible at the Southern Comfort restaurant and a bit expensive. For example: 3 slices of green fried tomatoes was $12 and it was presented well, but no flavor. I was disappointed in the shrimp and grits as well. Waste of my money and my time.

The staff were so friendly!! We were welcomed in by Jeana who gave great recommendations. We loved our room and the amenities on the property. We didn't have to go anywhere else for food or fun.

The bees!!! We came in the spring and they love the wood, so they're everywhere and annoying
