Beautiful apartment, just like in the pictures. Everything is new and clean. Equipped to a high standard down to the smallest detail. Full kitchen including a huge refrigerator with freezer, oven, and stove. Sink with garbage disposal. Dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. We used them all and everything worked great.Heated pool and an amazing view. Relaxed nature walking area

Despite the high floor, there was a lot of noise from the highway. The door to the balcony did not lock, along with the attached balcony and the lack of a safe, created an unsafe feeling. Weak water flow in the shower

Loved that the studio was equipped with everything we needed. from Nespresso to washer and dryer. Hairdryer to large fridge-freezer combination. The location was amazing! Walking to the convention center in the morning along at the Colorado river was a nice feeling after taking morning calls in the top floor lounge (with great wifi ;-)) After coming back from a long dat using the Fitness with weights, spinning bikes, stair masters was surprisingly need, clean and compleet. Then relaxing on the topdeck pool was a great place to relax, read, listen to music or meet people. Then having dinner and drinks with live music around the corner on the famous Rainey street was a treat!

That our apartment was on floor 10, so we did not have a view... but we resolved that by going to the top floor lounge or pool area.

We had a great view of the city and the congress bridge but I guess we were at a bad angle and couldn't see the bats fly out. We did see a few stragglers fly by the balcony

Nothing, everything on the hotel was great. I got a really good deal on the price. We are planning on going back to Austin again in a couple months with the kids and really hoping to be able to stay at the natiivo again if I can get a similar deal on a room for 2 adults and 2 kids for 4 or 5 nights with a good view of the city again

For an inner city apartment there was a lot of space and the amenities were great. We were close to the bars on Rainey Street. We could walk to 6th. There is also a lovely river walking path down to the South Congress Bridge. On days that we didn’t want to do much we could go up to the pool and the view was incredible from the rooftop pool.

We didn’t receive any pool towels on our stay. The lifts could be a little bit temperamental with the keys. We couldn’t secure the balcony door and the balcony only had one seat on it. The front door was also quite difficult to close at times.

Great location at quieter side of Rainey St area. Easy access to I35 and downtown. Cleanliness was excellent throughout apartment. Quality furnishings and spacious rooms. Plenty of storage space. Cleaning kit for dishwasher and washing machine provided. Parking is valet only. $40 per night. No hand soap in bathrooms, or any toiletries. Please keep that in mind.

My apartment was beautiful, spacious, and equipped with everything you could need. The location was great, walking distance to a small supermarket, food places, and even to the historic Sixth Street. Everything was perfectly clean, tastefully-decorated, and well designed. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

There was some road noise so if you're a light sleeper, you may want to bring ear plugs.

Loved the apartment and all of the amenities. Great location and the pool was great. Loved it would use this again.

The receptionists were so unhelpful and were grumpy, when we checked in, the didn't offer us the Wi-Fi code and we had to go back down for it. The lifts were really slow. There seemed to be Gardner using a leaf blower at 7.30am which was a horrible way to wake up.

Staff are really friendly and helpful. Small Cafe/bar in reception. Hotel feels modern and fresh Really close to Rainey St

Quite a distance from the rest of the city, would need a taxi if not capable of walking 20-30 mins in and out each day Pool area is really good but due to the time of year doesn't get the sun until around 2/3pm (obviously nothing the hotel can do with that! 🤣)

Stunning modern apartment in a great location. Lovely view from the balcony. Very clean and has all the things you will need for your stay. Washing machine was great for us as we had been travelling for a while so it was great to wash all our clothing.

Pool is very crowded and not that many sun loungers. But it was still enjoyable.

The location to downtown Austin, the park nearby, it was great overall. The pool and the check in process.

First night there was this guy outside trying to start problems, he look like he was drunk or on something. He was directly outside so I imagine the hotel would had done something about it.
