The pool was amazing with great views of the city at night and the sunset. The room was clean, modern, with great appliances and ability to eat in, do laundry, etc. Very comfortable, high end, and practical at the same time.

The check in process is a little weird because it’s properties within a property. You feel like you’re doing a back room deal and that it’s a little shady…but it was a great stay…we were just definitely concerned before we arrived that it wasn’t going to work out because the communication was so atypical for a hotel. But we aren’t usual Airbnb people so maybe I’m just not used to that process.

Located in a great location; a short cab ride from the airport and located on the edge of downtown right near the bike path and ebike rentals. Within a 20-40 minute walk from most downtown locations (a bit farther to the Capitol and UT-Austin) but an easy bike trip to things a little farther away. The room itself was lovely, clean and spacious. Even bigger than I expected from the photos and a good value in my opinion. The full kitchen and dining area was great since most of the restaurants serve Texas sized portions. It was great for stretching the leftovers and was nice for storing snacks and beverages. There is a small grocery store just around the block and a Target/Whole Foods/CVS about 1.5 miles away. Highly recommend. I'm hoping to visit Austin again and plan to stay there when I return. It will be great to see the rooftop pool area as it was closed for remodeling.

The elevator pass keys are glitchy and it's an know issue. One of the elevators never recognized my card and the other two would only register one persons card if multiple people were going to multiple floors. Connecting to wifi didn't work for me, i followed the troubleshooting guide and it wasn't helpful. I'm sure staff could've helped me but it was so busy it didn't matter. Streaming TV services worked fine over wifi so it does work.

Location

When we checked in the room, the dryer was full of clean sheets and towels that we had to fold. Also had to empty clean dishes from dishwasher. Told front desk but they didn’t seem too concerned. Told us to use extra linens.

The apartment was beautiful! Spacious and modern. Well located complex, amazing rooftop pool with amazing skyline views. The gym had everything you need. Wonderful stay! Highly recommend

Loved the location!! The condo was decorated beautifully and it was fully stocked. The bed was comfortable.

The elevator key only works for your floor but not necessarily a bad thing

I didn’t like that my room was changed after I had arrived, I was expecting a bigger condo and they switched me out last second to a smaller one which was an “upgrade” supposedly. felt I got scammed a bit.

lots of people everywhere since it’s an apartment building, elevators were slow and the coffee shop downstairs was pricey.
