Location - within walking distance to S Congress. 6th Street nightlife. Bridge bat viewing. View - lake and city view. Private, small balcony with chairs. Quiet. Spacious. Clean. Secure parking garage, included. Didn't need to pay extra for valet. My second stay... 1 bd couple. The first stay was 3 bd with friends. In-suite laundry is a huge bonus. Booked the same day, which was a nice surprise since pre-trip check there was zero avaialble. Will always stay here when in Austin over any hotel.

Access to bldg is a little confusing the first time, but once you figure it out (read arrival directions better, we were travel-tired), super easy and convenient.

It was in a luxury building. Don’t miss out the lounge on the 19th floor. Cool view. It was clean, well designed. The mattress was very firm as I like!

You have to park outside, get in the lobby, ask the concierge to open the elevator for you, go to the apartment, get in with the code, get the key and the parking sign, and only then, the parking garage will open up for you. Ask the concierge where to park exactly. There are specific spots for sonders. The key has a fob that opens the elevator.

The views were amazing. Really upscale place. Great location, walk to everything. Right along the river pathways. Clean and modern.

The parking was a bit of an issue. You had to have a pass hanging in your car to park in the garage and the pass was in the room, so you had to go up in the elevator (23 floors) to get it, then back down, find a space, and then take your luggage up. Same with when you checked out. It would be better if you could pick up / drop off the parking items at the front desk, which always had a person whenever we came or went. The only other thing that was less than perfect was that the only bathroom was though the bedroom, so those who were not sleeping in the bedroom had to walk through it to use it.

Residential block in a great location, close enough to walk into the centre or good location for bus connections going to lots of different locations (day pass $2.50). Apartment on the 9th floor contained everything we needed kitchen with fridge, freezer, coffee machine, the bed was huge, TV which you can link to watch channels from an iPad or phone. The view was good over a lovely infinity pool (included) and a beach volleyball cafe. Bathroom was huge with a bath/shower inc basic toiletries and hairdryer. Walk in wardrobe included iron/board. Everything worked well. Receptionist in lovely reception area was helpful. One parking space included for free.

Nothing all good. Only slight confusion was when we checked in, the car visitor parking area is in the underground car park (not outside front doors) then you have to go into your apartment to get the parking clicker/fob & permit, then back to park your car. The lift needs the fob to operate it. But these were only minor inconveniences.

The location is 10 minutes drive from AUS airport. You're a few minutes walk from South Congress, Downtown, Barton Springs Rd, and many restaurants and retail. The apartment has a secured parking in the garage within the building, a full kitchen, walk-in closet, with a balcony that faces South away from the river, and is suitable for a couple or family with young kids. There is a full size queen bed along with a pull out couch. The building also has a pool and gym, as well as a rooftop lounge.

Huge apartment, very comfortable, facing away from the city view but for the money I wasn’t surprised. The pool was decent, parking easy to use and the reception area nicely decorated. There’s a bar on the roof with an amazing view that serves great cocktails.

Lost property process is complicated if you live abroad. You have to pay for a postage label which doesn’t seem to be possible from my country. Because there is no dedicated reception, if you have any issues it is difficult to resolve.

Great security -code to enter the building, different code for elevator and different code for secure gated parking garage. Allowed one space with room fee. Spacious and comfortable studio apartment. Comes with a pool and equipment room. About a 1/2 mile walk to the capitol and Austin center. The apartment has a patio and it overlooks the pool and a local volleyball club court.

Ice machine didn’t work well. We were there two nights and it made very little ice. The shower is in a dangerously high bathtub and the toilet is too low. There is no towel rack near the shower/tub.

The location was awesome. Minutes walk to Congress Bridge famous for watching 1.2m bats come out at dusk and easy walk to downtown area. Also a quick Lyft to The Odd Duck, Terry Blacks BBQ, Perla’s; kayaking and biking close by. The apartment is secured & high end with a concierge at front desk, gym on site, and huge swimming pool. To north of pool area was a volleyball club which we enjoyed watching very much. We needed more supplies and Sonder’s has an on site person who replied immediately. We loved our stay.

I loved the view, the location, the ease of parking. The washer & dryer were very convenient as I didn't bring much. I loved the pool but the weather was cloudy by the time I was free to go. The garage felt safe and the door opener was convenient as I could come and go as necessary. Everything in the kitchen was very convenient, especially the coffee maker.

The shower head and tub were a bit high for shorties like me. Otherwise, great water pressure and lots of clean towels. I didn't know where to load and unload at first as everything was marked "tow away zone". Perhaps mark a space, "Guest zone"?

Location and views were great, building decor was excellent and apartment spacious. Pool area was lovely and the gym facilities were excellent. Was great to feel like part of the local living.

It would have been good to have a kettle and more tea towels in the kitchen and also a bit more laundry and dishwasher detergent.
