Lucy the hotel manager was very hospitable, considerate and ready to help. I really do appreciate Lucy and her willingness to go above and beyond for us during our stay. Not to mention that she was fully bilingual Spanish/English, excelent!

That the cleaning people said that the rooms could only be cleaned before 10:am and if we wanted our room clean we needed togive them access to the room before 10:00am other wise they could not clean the room until the next day. We ended up one day of our stay having to take out the trash and going to ask Lucy for clean towels and toilet paper for our room. Luckly Lucy took care of it, but my husband wasn't happy at all about that inconvinience of not being able to sleep in.

The location was convenient and the breakfast was surprisingly good. Good quality food, generous portions, friendly staff.

The bathroom in my room could have been a bit cleaner and better stocked. Upon check-in, I found some hair from the previous guest in my bathroom sink. When I went to shower, I discovered that instead of a small container of shampoo, there was a duplicate container of conditioner. These are small things, but they speak to the level of attention of the staff. Lastly, the motel had only one luggage cart. This became an issue when I checked out and an elderly guest checking in needed the same cart that I was using.

I woke up late so I couldn’t enjoy the breakfast so I wouldn’t be able to say anything about it I do apologize for that

Everything was perfect I didn’t have a complaint about anything if I could change one thing it would be to have the pool open later like until 12 midnight so that people can enjoy a good night swim thank you

Very clean. Everything works. All of what we needed was provided. Appreciated the breakfast - it was very good. We just needed a comfortable bed to sleep on and a room to relax in before hitting the road the next day again. You did a fine job providing that for us.

Not much choice of eateries nearby. A Mexican restaurant next door. For just one night it was ok.

Bed and bathroom very clean. Bed very comfortable. Excellent facilities, including guest laundry, gym and breakfast. Big room. The receptionist in the morning, Lucy, was delightful and informative.

The young man on reception who checked us in in the evening needs some client service training. He was absent when we arrived, then surly when he eventually came to reception. He told me that I could only have one key when we needed two, talking down to me as if I was some homeless tramp for whom he was already doing a favor.

The hot tub could use a thorough cleaning below the waterline. There was considerable scum build up on the tile walls under the water line indicating just cleaning the top portion.

Very quiet place, with good beds and quiet AC. We slept well. Just quarter mile off I-10. Would stay again.

Staff needs to be more customer friendly. They were bouncing around behind the desk and paid almost no attention to me because they were so engrossed in their horsing around.

This really was one of the best hotel stays I've ever had...All the hotel staff are just wonderful...checking that everything is good for you...Always smiling, always ready to help, accommodating, attentive to your needs...just a very cohesive staff. I really had a pleasant stay there. Thanks again!

I think say a nice outdoor leisure sitting area would be nice.
