I needed a last minute overnite stay close to the airport. I had a late arrival time, and for a spur of the moment reservation, I couldn't ask for anything better. Free shuttle was all ready at the airport. Checkin was effortless and the room was clean. Thank you!

Make sure you ask which gate location the shuttle will pick you up. They can only wait for extended periods of time at certain locations. Not like dropping off where it is a momentary stop.

It looks nice the pool was open there is a gym it quiet it’s a nice place for travels or just a nice stay for a couple the host were always so friendly and helpful

I didn’t like that the breakfast was not free:( free breakfast should be something all guest should have access too and the bar and fun stuff are only open on thurs , friday and Saturday this is something I can’t be mad at but I didn’t get a fun experience on Sunday and Monday :(

The location and access to the mall.

There is no in room dining as it comes from a restaurant in the mall. Plus the hotel adds on a daily fee that you can use at one of their recognized restaurants. Just remember you have to use it on check in day - not the morning of check out when one might want breakfast 🙄.

Breakfast was very good. We thought it was included in the price of the room however, but we still had it. We also sat at the beautiful pool in the evening. Very relaxing. Wished we had swimsuits.

The air-conditioning unit in our room (116) rattled whenever it came on waking us up occasionally. It sounded like there was a plastic bag insid. We looked the the vent, and saw mold on the interior.

very close to houston airport convenient for an overnight stay if you have an early flight next day onsite restaurant free shuttle to and from the airport this is not a complaint to the hotel: i have to point out that the airport is very busy. we arrived at around 6pm. it took almost an hour for the shuttle to come, probably not the hotel's fault, the traffic around the airport was horrible! i'd think twice if i want to spend a night near this airport.

Have previously stayed here a few yrs ago, and hotel is even better now. Staff are great, new air conditioner in room is quiet and efficient, dinner at Dolphin was great, beds are comfy, pool was a welcome amenity in 95deg heat! I think rooms have had an upgrade since last here. Very pleased with my stay!

Price, room amenities and comfort

Mismatch between listing and actual where description said grab and go breakfast was included but actually was buffet for a nominal charge. The email upon booking says procees about getting picked up but it doesn't say that we need to make our way to pick up pount in terminal C to get picked up! We had a local phone so we could contact them easily but someone roaming with overseas phone may struggle!

I loved our room, the beds and how the cleaning staff just always wanted make sure we had everything we needed. I like the style of the hotel and all the space. I didn't mind that there were renovations going because it's a pretty hotel with great cozy feeling decor. Oh and the dinner service and food was GREAT!

I didn't like the some of the odd characters/staff from the dining and kitchen area. In the morning we would come down for breakfast and this lady who sat at register would just Starr at us while we stood there. The sign says wait to be seated and she would act like, "what are you doing here?" And she couldn't just look at two people and figure out we wanted to be charged for "two" people and a table for two. It was weird. Then some guy came out the kitchen(white/eastern European accent) and gave us a stare. He seemed puffed up and kinda intimidating. Then one morning he winked at me and was kinda flirty. I just thought it was strange. All we wanted was to eat our breakfast and go!

The pool and restaurant

It took a long time before someone shuttled me back to the hotel from the airport. I asked one gentleman that was already there from the Ramada and he told me that I have to wait for the next shuttle even though he has only one passenger!

This is 5 mins away from the airport. I came with the hotel shuttle. Loved my room, very spacious and clean. Breakfast (for additional $9) was super complete with eggs, bacon, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, pancakes, etc. Highly recommend this hotel!!
