Location and friendly staff really stands out. Super clean and comfortable.

Ridiculously expensive and imagine paying US$6 for a bottle of water in the room. You can do better than this Marriot. Much better. For that daily hotel Rate water should be the most basic gift to customers. Something small ….. but will make a big difference.

when my cousin arrived @ the hotel and she went to the front disk after a very long tiring flight for check in , my cousin has the confirmation number and the name every thing was paid in advance but she still was asked to pay for the room fees one more time my lady cousin was very shocked . that was not how the Marriott treat their customers .the Marriott Employees and management has a lot of bed side manner . thank you for asking me for my feed back . when i make my booking with Marriott hotel I acutely Feel I am @ home away from home unfortunately not this time . We loved our stay! Was a two night stop over between flights (NZ to UK); the beds were very comfy and large, the room a good size and clean, with a great shower! The restaurant served delicious food, the pool was refreshing, and staff helpful and friendly. Oh and the absolute ease getting from the airport - hop on a little train at the bottom of the terminal and takes you straight to the hotel, total highlight for our toddler, plus staff organised helping get our bags to our rooms and the airport. Everything you what you want for in between long flights!

An excellent option after a long-haul flight before a connecting flight the following day. Easy to access via subway or walking to/from terminals. The room was quiet and dark, with space for our bags etc.

Wrong key/room allocation and I had to go all the way back to reception to fix this. Layout of the building strange with mutiple doors off a circular lift well, and easy to go the wrong way when not familiar. The restaurant was average, but adequate. Nowhere nearby to get a good espresso coffee. Very expensive, but you're paying for the location.

This was a very convenient hotel to stay in for a layover prior to an international flight our of Houston. As it is easily accessible via the (free) subway at the airport there's no having to worry about getting a car, no traffic worries or no concerns about having to walk miles with your luggage so that was the main attraction for us. Torin (I think that was her name), gave us exceptional service on check in with options for the M Club and wifi and checkout which was much appreciated. She was friendly and helpful and I can't thank her enough for making us feel welcome. This is an old hotel but the amenities have been updated and the room was modern and functional. The restaurant has great food options and we enjoyed a meal there.

Perfect location for catching early morning flight. Walking or short shuttle distance to Terminal C via underground, Further, but very accessible via underground electric shuttle train to other Terminals.

A bit strange spoke arrangement of rooms, need to walk outside (under canopy) to go from elevator to rooms.

Good location--close to airport view of river. VERY tolerant staff--quick to help with bulky luggage or locate rooms. Staff at passenger pick-up area fielded endless questions from lost passengers, confused drivers, people without reservations, etc. They kept their cool!

Signs in halls could have been clearer as to which exits were stairs versus elevators.

It was the perfect place to collapse after a long trans-pacific journey. I arrived in Houston far too late to face a long Uber journey to my home an hour from Houston. But a good night's sleep put me right to contonue my homeward trek.

The short escaltor down to the tower B hallway was difficult to maneuver with my luggage due to its speed. ...dangerously fast!!!

Location is perfect for a lay-over: within the airport between terminals, with an easily accessible and very frequent door-to-door subway tram service. Nice restaurant, good food, comfortable bed and clean swimming pool. Excellent Texan hospitality from delightful staff.

Rather expensive, but that’s the price you pay for the convenience

We like the facility and the room cleanliness. We also enjoy the restaurant and that they stay open late.

I didn't like our room location as it was in a high traffic area near an elevator and I am a light sleeper. We were exhausted and had been flying all day and would've preferred a more quite area. My only other complaint was we checked in on Friday for an overnight stay and flew out early the next morning. We left our vehicle there for the week. We flew in the next Saturday and stayed the night since it was late and our drive home is almost 2 hours. The parking for that week was more than a nights stay, around $261. We paid for two nights which was nearly $500 so you would think we would get a break on parking. Had we known, we could've parked down the street like our other coworkers did for around $51 for the same amount of days.
