Complimentary breakfast - had to eat outside but the weather was nice so that was actually a very nice experience. Parking right outside of the room. $3 for the washing machine and $ for the dryer but super quick to wash and dry (40min+25min). Lovely view from the swimming pool. Clearly Kanab is very proud of its western movie filming heritage.

We ate at 8am (late May) - it would be too cold to eat outside any earlier eg 7am but you can take your breakfast to the room. Some motels in Kanab had fire burners in the pool area which I thought was a nice idea, unfortunately this motel doesn't have these in place. The pool water too cold for the kids.

Super convenient location. The water pressure was AMAZING!!! And most importantly, the staff at Rodeway Inn Kanab was incredibly kind. It’s rare to have such pleasant people at a hotel check-in these days and I felt so welcomed there. Considering the low price and nice staff, I’d recommend this spot to anyone vacationing on a budget.

My expectations were set based on the nightly cost of this hotel, so I can’t say there was anything I didn’t like. I’m shocked the reviews aren’t higher and I honestly think people want to pay little and receive a lot less, which isn’t fair.

We needed an early check-in, and they accommodated us. Room had all of the promised amenities, and everything was clean and in good working order.

Booking.com showed the hotel as pet-friendly, but at the hotel, signs said only dogs were allowed, and a deposit would need to be paid. As we had planned to do a “sleepover” with a cat from the Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, this was an unexpected hurdle. In the end, the hotel was willing to allow the.”cat sleepover” at no extra charge, but we had to cancel the planned “sleepover” because of a snowstorm. Talk to the hotel directly, rather than relying on the booking company’s information.

Everything is so clean! The staff was amazing. They even gave us a whole loaf of bread for the children when we arrived late at night from the Grand Canyon. They were very generous and caring. I chose the hotel because of the nice white bedding in the pictures, and it was so comfortable. The location is super convenient to everything. I always stay here when I'm in Kanab. The kids loved the waffles for breakfast and the wifi.

I liked everything

The location was great. The beds were super comfortable. The rooms were simple but clean. The breakfast was a basic standard continental breakfast. The value for the money was very good.

2 of the 3 staff weren't very friendly, but they were capable. The last one was friendly and helpful. There was no hot food such as eggs, bacon or sausage for breakfast, but that was ok. There were many other options.

First thing I noticed were the 2 comfortable king beds! I’ve never seen 2 king size beds in a hotel before. it was awesome my friend and I loved it. The room was clean has a microwave and fridge which I love having esp for a small hotel also the pool and jacuzzi were very clean and had decent lounge chairs. Location was perfect walking distance to a lot of restaurants very close to Peekaboo slot pizza place where we ate good pizzas too. Breakfast was a bonus good waffles only wish they had eggs. I’d definitely stay there again

The pool area looked is in the back near around grass area that looked a little sketchy but still the pool and jacuzzi

We liked the location in regard to our trip between national parks crossing from Utah to Arizona, good for a night stop for quiet resting.

We had a snow storm that started at our arrival with a severe decrease in temperature. The room was heated by mean of an old air conditioning which worked ok, but it was noisy when you just need to catch a good sleep.

Nice breakfast, especially waffles :) Clean room, bedsheets, nothing to compain about

If it's cold outside (as it was in April), there is not really enough room to eat breakfast - you need to carry it to your room

I moved to the Rodeway Inn after 3 days at a more upscale motel. I loved the Rodeway because it checked all the boxes: it had everything I wanted: pet friendly, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, hot waffles and fresh fruit for breakfast, unlimited coffee in the lobby, ice machine, comfy beds and towels, security in room safe, off road parking.

Even though I don't care, I have to say, the place is shabby. Cracks in the walls, ripped up parking lot, true. But what the heck, I can turn on the heat and feel comfy in my bed there in a few minutes; I have a big screen TV and a fridge and microwave: I guess we're all looking for what we call comfort, and I love those fresh, hot waffles and coffee at 6:30AM! For the price and comfort and the fact that my dog can come with me, I choose Rodeway Inn!

Great view of red rocks, very quiet even though off the main road because it is set away from the road, nice pool and spa, excellent value. Hot shower, good drain, A/C great, clean.

The south Indian manager or owner at front desk was impolite, crabby, and had a negative attitude during my check in and when I asked for 1 more bath towel since we had 4pp and the room was stocked with 3 bath towels. I have never met anyone in the hospitality industry who was so unpleasant to interact with. If not for 1 negative staff member experience, I would have rated 5 stars for this hotel stay.
