It was very very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Which is all we needed on our road trip

It is a bit scary looking on arrival. Guy with a big hog and no muffler and some long-term residents that looked rough, but we found the room very old but very clean. The bed was pristine and super comfortable. The carpets had been cleaned thoroughly. It was right on the price point. We got in late and left early. We were just there for a good sleep and a shower. No evidence of any kind of bugs or vermin.

I was a little leary when I booked the motel. When we arrived at the motel it was so inviting as you drove in. We arrived late so they left a key on the front desk. Great check in. There was a parking place assigned just for us right in front of our door. I thought we would have to unpack a mile away. The whole motel is like that. When we opened the door they had the air conditioning on for us, that was awesome. So nice to walk into a cool room after a hot day in the sun. The room was so cute, I loved it. We had a king size bed that looked so comfortable I wanted to get in then. The room was very clean. Great job housekeeping. Time for bed. Omg, the bed was so comfortable and the bedding was the best, not to heavy and hot just perfect. There is probably a 100 more things I can say about this motel but I would write a book. Anyway, if you are traveling to Kanab, stay here. You wont regret it. So much better than the expensive hotels in town. Rating: A+++++

There is nothing at ALL that I DIDN'T like.

The front staff member was extremely pleasant and helpful. Homemade muffins and coffee were readily available during our stay, which was great. The bed was very comfortable. The location was great! It was close to nearby restaurants, fast food, grocery stores, and gas stations. We would definitely stay here if we visit Kenab again! It's also a very short drive away from the Sand Caves, which were really cool to see!

This is an FYI more than an actual complaint as it was corrected promptly: The breaker for our room snapped when we were going to bed. It seems the breaker was shared between all of the outlets in the main area. We had on a lamp, space heater, TV, and our phones were charging, so that overloaded the breaker. We reported the issue to the front staff, and the breaker was back on in no time! Staff even offered their personal number in case it happened again, so we didn't have to go back to the lobby. It was greatly appreciated!

Staff was friendly. The courtyard was very nice with many tables to visit with other guests. Many games are available to stay entertained, and pet friendly. Cute old motel.

I would've liked better control over the temperature in my room. Lock on my room door could use some maintenance. Overall a great stay.

The room was clean and efficient. The AC though somewhat loud was very effective at cooling the space quickly. Having a parking space right outside my private entrance was so convenient. The location was perfect for walking to coffee shops, grocers and restaurants. A beautiful little town to explore. Park the car and walk! It was really nice to be able relax with my cats for a few days after long hours of traveling. I’d definitely stay again!

It is probably the cheapest place we stayed in the USA, and it was really good for this price. Basic room that has all the stuff needed for a one night stay. The owner is super friendly, we had a really great conversation with him. The breakfast was not mentioned in the description but you can grab coffee, some fruits and pastry in the morning, it was a nice surprise. Totally recommended!

- Central location near restaurants and attractions - comfortable beds - right next to the best food truck in Kanab - fresh muffins

- shower pressure is too strong - i almost lost a nipple! - but good for powerwashing dirty hiking boots

The entire motel & our room was so cute and cozy! Love that this business is locally-owned, and it's a great value for a low price. Free coffee, baked goods, and oatmeal packets. The owner was super friendly & caught us one morning in our car to give us fresh-baked homemade muffins! The room was clean & comfortably fit 3 adults. A nice central location (with free parking) and in walking distance to a few other businesses and restaurants (recommended by the owner), and easy to get to popular parks in an hour's drive. Good cell reception & WiFi. Would absolutely stay again.

We stayed during a snowstorm and the bathroom got just a little chilly. We kept the door between the bathroom & bedroom closed to stop the draft, which worked like a charm, and there was an added space heater between the 2 beds. Overall, no real complaints!

The room was cozy and clean, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the location in Kanab was 10/10. I will certainly be staying here in the future on my visits out West.

this motel has such a classic route 66 vibe! Each room is a little different: colors, art, even the texture of walls and the curved corners! I can imagine asking to stay in a certain room, like: "We want OUR room: #18, please" The little table and chairs at the front walkway of each room and the exterior murals are just so inviting! Loved it. (The soap was so nice I took it home and am using it!

I needed a little night stand on the narrow side of the bed and used my suitcase instead. for my glasses, water, etc.
