Beautiful, spacious, historical inn and gardens in charming small town. Attentive friendly host and excellent breakfasts with accommodation for special diets. Helpful in advising what is in the neighbourhood. Every detail attended to, from parking, welcome entry, elegant dining room, soaps and chocolate. A dream come true.

Everything was perfect. Covered bridges, General Store, Chocolaterie and Pubs, Rivers and Mountains, Mills and Horseback riding all nearby. Would love to visit another season to capture the beauty of this location from another aspect.

I have stayed at this B&B before, under the previous owners. It was great then, and it's great, maybe even a little better, under the new owners. Overall, very, very good to excellent. The new owners prepared an impressive breakfast - good food, some local high quality, some organic, and went above and beyond to accomodate my food allergies.

The shower was small - this is not an easy fix -- but otherwise the room was very comfortable.

Kyle and his family welcomed us and made us feel at home from the moment he answered the door. The room, and the house itself, were simply stunning and everything we had hoped for when booking. Breakfast is continental, but with a different main course each day, all of which was delicious. There were even fresh home made cookies and biscuits placed in the communal living room each day. Kyle also gave us a lot of info and tips on the area and things to do/places to eat too. Can 1000% recommend.

The Sinclair Inn is a beautiful period piece Victorian home. The owners were so friendly, welcoming, accommodating and helpful at every turn. The breakfast was exceptional, very filling and delicious. Thank you! Very convenient to sites in the area.

Kyle has a wonderful B&B. This is how a B&B should be. The room is so nice and comfy. Don’t forget the breakfast. Delicious is an understatement. Thanks to Kyle and his team this probably the best place to stay in the entire state! Don’t hesitate, just book!!!

Kyle and Holly cooked different breakfast every day with recipes that they came up with. Ingredients were locally sourced and home-cooked breakfast was very intimate and considerate. It was a very charming place too with a cozy living room (common area) where people can relax and have fresh fruit and cookies. Our room was very cute and clean, and most importantly the bed was incredibly comfortable. I personally felt like I was an exchange student in a very nice home-stay type of dorm (with amazingly cute decor/interior design).

We personally did not have anything to complain about. If we really really have to come up with one suggestion, it would be regarding internet connection. The wifi was smooth but not fast enough for streaming services.

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The location was convenient to both Burlington and Stowe. The staff was friendly and interacted effectively with the guests.

The Sinclair Inn B&B is absolutely wonderful! Whether you are looking at foliage or skiing at local mountains, this B&B cannot be beat. Kyle the owner was extremely gracious. The facility is clean, spacious and immaculately kept. The daily breakfast is superb. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 day stay here and will definitely return again. This B&B is a true gem.

I enjoyed staying at the Sinclar Inn! Kyle and Cassidy welcomed me and I felt welcome! The room was very spacious and very clean, as was the private bathroom. My room looked out on the beautiful garden. The B&B is an old historic but renovated house, 30 minutes drive from Burlington, but conveniently located in beautiful Vermont. There is a nice atmosphere, easy contact with other guests, a good breakfast.
