Close to hospital and medical facilities. Exceptionally clean room. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed.

Needed to wait 10 minutes for someone to arrive to check us in, and we had already driven 3 hours to get there. Seemed a little pricey to me personally, but in comparison to nearby hotels to the hospital, it was a good rate. We arrived at 7:50pm and nearby (walking distance) restaurants were already closed. Only had to drive 5 minutes to get to a restaurant that closed at 9 pm. A continental breakfast would have been nice. Nothing fancy. Just cereal, toast, yogurt, and fruit.

The place was basic and clean. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. The fridge was a nice bonus. And it was relatively quiet.

The WIFI was lousy. When I asked about it, the manager said it was working great and immediately got off the phone. It wasn't. Not a deal-breaker for my trip.

The room was spacious. It had sliding door to pool with picnic table near pool. It had laundry on site. Would definitely recommend it. It was a great place to stay Was able to park in front of the room. The bed was very comfy. It was quiet. I was able to sleep & sleep comfortable

Bathroom walls dirty by garbage can. Tub needs old or moldy grout scraped out and replace.

The staff were very accommodating, kind, considerate, and responded promptly to any inquiries. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent.

The air conditioner required constant adjustment to keep them room at a comfortable temperature, and the room could use some USB plugs for charging cell phones.

Great experience from check in to check out! Very friendly staff and welcoming. The view is so beautiful.

Location is perfect to go to Crystal Mountain on the bus (3m walk to the Expo Centre), close to the amenities in Enumclaw

No breakfast provided (clearly stated not a surprise, but it would have been really convenient!)

the only motel in town. nearest is 10 miles away. the town is wonderful. we stayed here 2 years back. not much improvement in the physical area. old fixtures, holes in walls, ancient putty work. great maid service. office staff stayed in office behind plexi glass. nice people though.
