We were impressed by the amenities at the Hampton Inn: the breakfast included a make-your-own waffle station in addition to scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal and assorted cereals, yogurt, juice. We also liked the coffee and tea station in the lobby that was available 24/7. The room was spacious, updated and clean. We had a good night's rest before heading off to Steven's Pass. The person who checked us in was really friendly and chatted with us. Next time we'll check out the pool and gym.

If nitpicking, the pillows were a bit deflated but we just used two at a time. But that's very minor and really, everything was to our liking

The breakfast could have had more options other than omelet and summer sausage. The location was convenient being close to Safeway, the river and main street attractions.

Our bed frame was made of tin i think, so everytime we moved we heard the tin sound. There was a rattling noise or something in the ventilation system that was persistent throughout our stay in addition to the very loud frogs at night - while it was funny at first, I think very few would elect the sounds of croaking to fall asleep to.

This clean, comfortable, and quiet hotel is located about a 3/4 mile from downtown Leavenworth, but is a fairly easy walk to town. The staff were super friendly, and the complementary breakfast had a lot of variety and was very filling. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The outdoor hot tub was terrific - especially with the weather being unusually cool and wet for summer. There is also ample parking, and a free charger for electric vehicles.

Everything was great! However, the only thing I would note is that if you're looking to be in downtown Leavenworth, this is a little on the outskirts.

Everything was spotless, which I value a great deal. The location was lovely and convenient. The facility is very dog friendly. Breakfast was super! Staff were all great. There is an abundance of parking and there is a great workout area, places to sit outdoors and a very nice pool. The facility was quiet, the room air was fresh and cool. The room size is perfect and well laid out.

In the late evening as we ascended through the building to our room on the third floor we were very much afloat with weed apparently wafting from every room. For us this was a negative, I guess for many it would not be.

Joylene, the staff member who checked us in, was absolutely delightful. She could easily be a spokesperson for the entire community. She was warm, friendly, and welcoming. When we ran into her later during our stay, it seemed as if we were old friends. The facility itself is clean, quiet, and comfortable ... a little bit of a ride from the downtown area but I think that's why we were able to sleep without any interruptions.

The hotel location is perfect. It’s near to Safeway and also gas station. It’s just 5 mins drive to Front st park where the famous Bavarian feel village of boutique shops and restaurants. The room is nice we able to choose our room through our Hilton app. It comes with the digital key where I can use my phone in opening my door how cool is that.

We did not able to use the swimming pool coz we didn’t find it inviting to plunge ourselves. It’s not too long/big and there are some kids swimming that are loud. But the gym is good we able to use it.

The staff were excellent and fixed my request for handicap room which they had no knowledge of my requesting it months ago and was assured you had received it. Very bad on booking, Inc. Or communication with hotel. Also had asked for first floor but that couldn't be fixed. The front desk was excellent, management not so good.

Was very disappointed that management didn't jump in and help the poor breakfast lady who was all alone serving 200 quests on Dec. 26th. She couldn't keep up with everything running out,including all 4 coffee pots. A good manager would have jumped in and help or make sure somebody did. Give manager a poor rating.

Although it’s about a 5 minute drive to downtown this is a great location. Right next to Safeway for a quick walking trip. Pool and hot tubs were very nice as was the gym. The staff were all great and people were always hanging out in the dining area, which gave a very familial vibe. Loved the little area to buy snacks or drinks and breakfast was great with options for everyone. I would definitely stay here again. The rooms are updated and modern looking and I enjoyed the toiletries in regular size bottles available to use.

This isn’t fault of the property but it was very busy which made parking and room at breakfast very limited. Queen room was fairly small but it wasn’t a suite so that’s expected. Rooms are modern with the cute barn style bathroom door but i was worried my kids would break it because they aren’t used to that type of door, which also didn’t completely seal off the bathroom all the way.

Room was very large, so was shower. Very comfortable. Outside patio was nice and the gym was equipped with basic equipment that I enjoyed using. Front desk was prompt and efficient.

My room had a strange smell. Somewhat musty. On 1st floor. Breakfast is pretty limited if you want healthy options. I appreciated the hardboiled eggs but would appreciate more low sugar options. Its located at far end of town so not easy to walk the cute town. There is a public bus that goes by frequently.

My stay at Hampton Inn & Suites in Lynnwood was exceptional. Everything from the staff to the amenities exceeded my expectations. The fitness area was particularly impressive, featuring both indoor and outdoor saunas, which were incredibly relaxing. The pool was well-maintained, adding to the overall experience. Additionally, the breakfast in the morning was convenient and delicious, offering a great start to the day. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
