Room was very spacious. Staff at front desk were always very nice to interact with. We did not ask for our room to be cleaned on the second day but did ask for fresh bath towels. We received an entire set of fresh towels and the used ones were removed. Very nice of staff. Bar staff during happy hour were in a great mood and fun to interact with. Right after we checked in we dropped our bags and headed out. On our way out we saw a room attendant in the hallway and asked if she could fill the empty hand soap dispenser when she got a chance and mentioned no rush as we were leaving. She very kindly did she would be happy to take care of that right away and did so. Breakfast staff are the unsung hero’s. That’s a busy service and everything was always tidy and replenished. Really great food too!

Excellent breakfast, beautiful property, spacious room. Staff was very sweet. Multiple elevators so never a wait. Lots of parking and nice clean pool. Wet family friendly - the kids loved it.

Loud and rowdy kids and adults in atrium, it closes at 10 and the noise stopped. But we had to leave early for the airport and this made our early bed time difficult. Also the traffic noise from the freeway kept me up. The hotel was great for our traveling family but may not be the best choice for a quiet getaway

Clean and comfortable. The room was quiet and we slept well. Breakfast had a wide variety of offerings, but some were luke warm.

The room was cold, finally warmed up after several hours once we turned up the heat. One of the guests at breakfast, who tried to have a bowl of cereal, told us they ran out of milk, kitchen wide. The lines at breakfast were long and only one side of the buffet had food, even though both sides had warmed chafing dishes; they contained only hot water. Very strong chlorine odor from the pool when you enter the hotel, but it didn't bother us in the room or breakfast area.

The breakfast was good, especially the omelette station. The hotel is a little outdated looking, but for the value that we overlooked that. The beds were comfy, the rooms clean, etc. My husband is a stickler when it comes to hotels, but he thought it was okay to stay here. The room had everything we were hoping for: a safe, an extra sink & mirror outside the bathroom, blow dryer (a small one with hot-warm settings one blowing speed, and a cold shot), and there was a mini fridge, and coffee machine. It came stocked with tissues, towels, etc. We got a king suite w/ a pull out sofa bed, which my daughter liked. It had a door you could close between the two rooms. It also had a TV in each room. The beds and pillows were comfy. It was right off the freeway -super convenient to get to- but we didn't hear any traffic noise. We will stay here again.

If you wanted ice it was only available on the main floor in one location. That was kind of a pain. Also, they need to clean inside their elevators- each morning as someone kept dropping breakfast cereal in there.

I traveled with my dog and it was a very good experience! My room was quite spacious. I had family drop by for a visit and we had plenty of room to lounge and visit. I really appreciated that there were TVs in the living room and the bedroom areas. The free breakfast was good. The service in the restaurant was quite pleasant. The front desk staff were mostly helpful and friendly. The evening staff were the best, though. They helped me and my son-in-law. I’m a little bummed that I didn’t get to use my free drink tickets. But maybe next time.

The amazing desk staff, Marlene and Connie. They had to deal with a difficult third party booking who wasted over one and one half hours on the reservation problem. The breakfast crew , especially the omelot makers. The housekeeping staff who quietly take care of all that is clean. Thank you.

I wish we had gotten a notice that pool closed for repairs. That was the point of coming with my grandson. This time, the mattresses in the room we had needed replacing. Everyone rolled into center , squeaked when getting up or down in bed and the couch had a deep crater in it when sitting down.

Very welcoming staff at the front desk. And the lady at the bar/restaurant was super nice and friendly. Love the grand entrance and the open feel of the hotel. Breakfast was Delish!! Lots to choose from. The beds were very comfortable. Our family and friends really enjoy our week long stay there.

I would only recommend changing the interior carpet. Looks a little dirty and outdated. Other than that, no complaints.

This was the best staycation! We celebrated my grandsons 11th birthday. This hotel is so clean and every employee there just makes you feel so welcomed. The pool was amazing and perfect temperature for both the swimming area and the hot tub. the complementary breakfast where you can have custom omelettes was amazing as well! It’s way better than your average continental at other locations!! we will be staying here again

Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable with great pillows. Kitchenette was convenient for me. Large suite with comfortable couch was great for relaxing after a long day. Good parking.

Wi-Fi was unusable. Error messages: "Unable to acquire IP address. Connection failed." Last time I stayed at this property with the same devices I had no trouble using the Wi-Fi. Table lamp beside the couch had an AC outlet that did not work.
