The property is beautiful and clean, our room was clean and comfortable minus several hairs in the shower from the past people. The staff was super nice and accommodating. The price was a steal.

Didn’t like that there was still hair in the shower but that happens sometimes. The shower head is super tall so if your short forget about angling it or changing settings to where you need it without using a chair. The pool had so much chemicals in it that we all ended up with bad headaches and red burning eyes. We stayed in for about 15 minutes before we had to leave because it was so strong.

I had a situation my second night there; I'd left my cell phone in my nephew's car and had no way to reach him so I had a bit of a panic attack lol but Sue at the front desk let me send emails from the front desk cuz I couldn't remember my login 😱 and she let me make calls from the front desk. She was great and kept me off the ledge. Kudos to Sue!! Loved how they had extra pillows ahead of time

Had to walk to an ATM which isn't the worst thing ; kinda with there was more activity in the area cuz it's not a walk you want to make at night in a strange area...maybe have an atm on the premises?

Spacious, comfortable beds, clean, convenient location, parking, friendly and responsive staff.

The doors are quite heavy when they slam so can hear other guests come in and out. Additionally, our room was facing the highway and it was quite loud in the morning so light sleeps should avoid facing the highway.

The bathroom was super clean, but the water pressure was really bad. It felt like a trickle. Pillows are extra soft. I really like the restaurant. The food options are not bad.

Someone was blasting their TV really loud from 10:33pm to 1:23M. We were on the 6th floor. I was told it is much more quiet on the 6th flood and it was quiet until one of the guest decided to blast their TV.

We liked the bartender who helped us check in when we were standing in line and the one front desk staff member was busy. He suggested Green Lake for us to go SUP the next day, which was great, less crowded than Lake Union would’ve been. Wifi was good. Shower stall was large, loved the high quality toiletries. Night light in the bathroom was brilliant, so as not to wake you up with bright white light. Overall, clean, modern. Hot tub and pool were good. Gym looked fully stocked with equipment although we never used it.

Being so close to I5 meant it was noisy, even though the window doesn’t open.

The Hotel was in a safe and clean area. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious Easy to get to shops & restaurants with a car. Parking was plenty and free. Definitely recommend!

Security deposit was taken and it takes a while to get back.

The staff at the hotel are very welcoming. The hotel is nice, clean, and has good amenities. We stayed there because we were picking up my new rescue dog, coming on a rescue transportation bus from California to Lynnwood arriving at 5 am. We were pleased with the hotel, and would stay there again if we need to be on the mainland too early to catch a ferry from the island we live on.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The fitness center was well equipped and clean. I always stay in Hilton hotels because they are consistently fantastic!

I asked for the top floor but got the 5th floor and would hear the above floor making noise a couple times a week.

The location was perfect for me, I was attending a conference at the Lynnwood convention center, which is just across the street. The gym was wonderful, the rooms were clean and spacious, but the staff was less than exceptional.

The staff was perceived to be put out if their chit-chatting was interrupted by work.
