Perfect location for a tournament at The Rock complex. It's just across the street. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They were constantly cleaning the gathering area in the hotel. The rooms had a whole kitchenette with a full fridge/freezer, microwave, and two burner stove and sink. The accomodations were very clean, and the price was great. Our room overlooked the Fenway Field and you could watch the game right from the room. Great view! We'll definitely stay here again in the future, whether it be for another baseball tournament or winter skiing/tubing at The Rock.

We were on the second floor right over the pool, and you could really hear the noise from the people below. Other than that, everything about the hotel and staff was much more than we expected!

The breakfast was very good. I especially liked the biscuits and gravy. The location was close to the Franklin Fourth of July celebration which we wanted to attend. The motel was kid-friendly. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Donovan was EXCEPTIONAL. He went above an beyond and wasn't annoyed with any questions I had! Highly recommend this hotel for value, comfort and amazing customer service.

Hot breakfast needs improvement. Eggs didn’t taste so good. Sausages were ok. Didn’t try anything else so can’t comment

I couldn't sleep well due to hearing jumping person on the upper room during late night and urly morning.

Great location, nice size rooms. Loved the full size refrigerator. Very comfortable all around!
