Great breakfast! Eggs, perfectly crispy bacon, good coffee, waffles, juices, cereal, and more! The pool and spa were both functioning and set at good temperatures. Kind and cheerful staff member, Lindsay, was very helpful in getting us checked in.

The rooms do not block sound whatsoever from the pool area. I was glad to be near the pool, but even more glad the pool closing time was enforced. There was a cold draft from the window and window wall. Making the floor and that area very chilly. Thankfully, the heater worked great!

I had a very long day. upon arriving at BW Bridgeview, I was warmly greeted by Heather. She is very thoughtful and provided me with local dinner delivery options and gas station location and she offered to help me find best way back into Duluth the next morning. I truly enjoyed the free coffee in the room and the free breakfast. There was always a great assortment to choose from.

On my last night there were children in rooms near me. they ran up and down the halls. Late in the evening a male and female were arguing loudly. I turned my TV up. This was not BW fault but it definitely was difficult to sleep that night.

The front staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms had a significantly better price than Duluth offered, yet were still close enough to tourist sites like Canal Park. The rooms were suite style with 2 areas and were arranged well for a family with 2 children. I loved how the rooms were designed to circle the pool with a large area of tables and places to meet and hang out. Breakfast had lots of selections and a hot meal. They offered 2.free cocktails with your stay.

It was an older hotel. It had been freshend up with paint and new beds, so a definite plus there.... But it still felt a bit worn. Some of the areas around it felt a little shady.

It was very comfortable and the breakfast was good. They even had some gluten free oatmeal I could eat.

Our room was off the pool area and after a busy day we went to bed about 9.30. There were a group of people sitting around the pool drinking and they were getting louder and louder.I rang the front desk and I was told that 'quiet time' in the pool area started at 11.00pm and then the person hung up. I wasnt impressed .

The breakfast was awesome! The variety of choices was well thought through. The waffle makers were the top go to for breakfast and it was nice to see two of them. My grandson ages nine and six loved the mini waffles and all the fixings! The hot entrées were good and plenty. The coffee was good and there was an awesome coffee cake when we were there on Thursday morning. Yogurt was another top choice of ours. The most important items for those two little boys was breakfast and the pool!

Our room was very nice. However, the bottom of the bathroom door was chewed up and wasn’t very presentable. The pool room floor could have used a walk-through each morning there were Band-Aids on the floor.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great breakfast! Friendly staff. On arrival I was asked if second floor was okay. No elevator and I am having knee surgery soon. We were given a first floor room. So appreciated! Lots of guests but no noise to deal with at night. Got a good night’s sleep. 👍😊

Pricier than I expected.

The staff was amazing. From the front desk to when we checked in until we left. Housekeeping was great. The dietary employee who served breakfast was great, too! The pool was great. I highly recommend it.

The beds weren't horrible but weren't the best. I would still stay there again.

The lady at the front desk who checked us in was exceptional. Very nice person! Liked the poolside room!

Sticky spot on carpet in room. A group of young adults were pretty loud by the pool until after midnight and made it difficult to sleep.

Everything! The rooms are so clean and comfortable! It could some updates but that’s not so important to us. We appreciate cleanliness more! Everyone was so friendly. The breakfast every morning is a great perk and the afternoon snacks were a nice treat!

What’s not to like!?

The breakfast was good. The best part was the lady who was in charge! She was very efficient and helpful. She always put her consumers first helping in any way she could from food to informed 10 stars

Several little things - door 3 not working with our card, dryer not working and grunge in the corners of rooms. Not getting room refreshed during our 5 day stay. Covid is over. Had to request service.
