This was one of my stops on the way to the Grand Tetons, and this was a perfect place to stay! The room was clean, close to the lobby, spa, etc. and was close to other necessities such as grocery stores, gas stations, and resturants. This resort was right on the water and was so beautiful! Wish I could've stayed for more than one night. Had a small liquor store within the lobby, a large pool and hot tob, tennis court, and seats outside that overlook the Snake River. Such a beautiful stay!

It was just a "grab and go" breakfast which wasn't my favorite, but didn't ruin the trip by any means.

The property itself was gorgeous. The staff super friendly and helpful. The accommodations were good; very standard. Lots of pillows provided. Tons of tv channels to choose from for the down time. Exceptional soundproofing. No neighboring or hallway noise. Great facilities for dogs. Even given some dog extras at check in.

The bathroom clean but, oh my gosh teeny tiny. The air conditioner worked great however beyond loud cycling on and off all night. The room was basically equal to a Holiday Inn, although more than double the cost. Bit pricey.

The staff is amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The place is clean and the rooms are spacious. Overall I would return.

Things that could improve: The restaurant is not the best. I was expecting more, especially for the price. The kids portions are a joke, so small they are. The bed is too soft. 2 adults sink into the mattress so deep that it is not comfortable anymore. The pool is indoor. The air is steaming hot as no window opens to get some airflow. However, the water of the pool is freezing cold.

This resort/hotel was on a beautiful river in the middle of some of the prettiest land you'll ever see. We had a quiet stay in our own little cabin. Everything was clean and comfortable. We used the indoor pool and jucuzzi. The breakfast was bagels, muffins, cold and hot cereal, cold milk and OJ. It was perfect to get going on our own adventure for the day.

The location was great, on the roadside, so easy to find and access... but very quiet. Comfy beds and good free breakfast. Excellent laundry facilities. Bar wonderful with happy hour and restaurant food was lovely. Staff friendly and helpful especially the English receptionist Michelle?

This was located on our route to Jackson. The large complex was clean. The staff we interacted with were friendly, for the most part. The food in the restaurant was delicious. Vinny was our waiter. He was helpful during ordering and made dinner after a long day's journey a fun experience.

I paid extra to upgrade to the room with a balcony. in the evening we tried to enjoy some time on the balcony unwinding. unfortunately, the balcony was covered in pollen. it was not recent since there were multiple sets of foot prints. we only sat it was so outside for a few minutes but it was so bad it triggered a strong allergic reaction that made it difficult to breathe, or sleep, that night.

The property was clean and beautiful

Nothing other than I would suggest getting the second floor if you want a view of the river but the view from the first floor was still breathtaking

We checked in late in the middle of a rain storm so we did not see the area until the morning. When I woke up and walked around the grounds, I saw the amazing views! It is such a beautiful spot to enjoy your coffee and watch the river roll by. They do have laundry facilities which was so helpful.

We were not in the main building. We were three buildings back. The room was not the best, and it felt a little damp, but it was definitely a good place to stay.

Fridge in room would have been nice and higher chairs do you could see the river if sitting on balcony . But all in all it was fabulous

Very nicely kept grounds around the facility. Quiet. Tastefully decorated reception area. Outdoor seating available. Good restaurant at the facility. The advertised Continental Breakfast actually included hard-boiled eggs. Very clean room/bathroom. Would like to come again.

Can't think of anything significant. If I have to mention anything, it was the lack of coffee creamer on the second day, but milk was readily available.
