We had a fantastic stay! The Homestay is part of the Rocky Bungalows, which are a little more luxurious. The family who runs the place has been so welcoming and friendly! Although the rooms we stayed had basic facilities, thinking about the prize we paid for the room, we felt we were in a luxurious resort! The pool was beautiful, beautiful setting, excellent all day menu ! Excellent bikes ( I think one of the best around and only 50k vnd per day) Breakfast was simple, however great quality, mango pancakes and fried banana being my favourite! Massages offered by one of family members was of great quality! Staff was super helpful with everything! Location is about 10 min cycle to Tamcoc, but also little shops just around the corner, walking distance.

The only thing they can improve i. is their English, but with google translate we managed to communicate well.

The accommodation was next to a beautiful cave waterfall that would light up at night. The pool area was well looked after and had great views of the cave. The lady who ran the homestay was absolutely amazing, she got up in the middle of the night to let us into our room with no complaints and did everything she could to make our trip enjoyable. You could also rent out motorbikes and bicycles at this accommodation, we did both for a reasonable price. The home stay also had a restaurant and the food was absolutely delicious with good portion sizes. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure and temperature. They also offered a laundry service which was perhaps not the cheapest we’ve had so far but was really helpful after the loop, getting out many stains from our clothes. Air con and fan both in the room. Overall for the price it was well worth it.

The room was smaller than it looked in pictures but this wasn’t too much hassle. We had a window in our bathroom which didn’t shut properly so we had to make sure that the bathroom door was closed at night so no bugs came into the bedroom. We didn’t have our room cleaned whilst here, perhaps you need to ask but this could be made clearer.

I had an amazing stay at Cao Thạch Homestay! The homestay is fully equipped with great amenities, offering a beautiful view with a waterfall, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The bungalow rooms are clean, spacious, and airy, providing a comfortable stay. Everything was well-maintained, and the environment was perfect for a getaway. One of the best things about this homestay is its convenient location, close to famous tourist attractions such as Thung Nham, Hang Múa, Thung Nắng, Chùa Bích Động, and Tam Cốc. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure guests feel welcome. The host is warm and kind, adding a personal touch to the experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, scenic, and well-located retreat. I will definitely come back! 🌿✨

Good location away from the main « town » of Tan Coc thus more quiet. However as there is a cement factory no too far there were a lot of trucks passing in front of the home stay. Can walk our use bicycles to visit nearby caves or pagodas. The overall home stay has a nice layout with a large open space in the front for the restaurant as well as a swimming pool in the back and a small « lake, waterfall and grotto » feature. In the evening the hosts set up a fire pit which was nice given the cool-ish temperature (we were there in early December). It was nice to meet most of the family members. Room itself is simple (room 204 which was a bit more spacious than their most basic rooms). We could park our motorbike on the premises.

The meals were ok - the usual eggs, toast, fried rice or noodles, pancakes and fruit. We had supper one evening - the pho was not very flavorful and noodles overcooked - not authentic. The room and bedsheets could be better cleaned. No separate shower area.

Thank you to Mrs Nga and Trung they really took good care of me. On my arrival date I actually felt really sick and they were really accommodating and nice to me. Generally sweet people and nice accommodation. If I would to come back I would definitely stay with them again.

although the hotel is really beautiful next to a waterfall and cave I found the location to be a bit remote. I cycled across ninh binh so you can say that I struggled a bit but if you have a bike you should be fine.

Everything. Such a nice and beautiful place, full of charm with a little pond and nice swimming pool. Restaurant very pleasant, good and best breakfast in Vietnam! The family is very lovely and do everything to help you. Renting of scooters and bicycles, help to organise your visits and bus etc... Location very good : quiet place close of many interest sites, but not so far from tam coc either. Rooms are spacious, clean, pleasant, functional, well enlightened . You'll feel like home. Recommended 100%

The property is located approximately 20 minute walk from the main town of Tam Coc and is easily accessible by foot, bike, moped or car etc. There are several restaurants and cafes nearby without having to go into town. This is set in a stunning location near many attractions. The staff are friendly and helped us with all the trips and transfers we needed. We slept very well during our stay and the beds were comfortable. A buffet Breakfast was included and plenty for our needs. Thank you to you and your family for a wonderful stay.

Great location right next to one of the karst towers, no risk of not seeing the famous Ninh Binh scenery! Also within walking distance of several restaurants and attractions, and cycling distance of many others, with bikes available to rent. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet, laundry service was quick and reasonably priced. The restaurant on site has great food with a lively setting overlooking the karst rock and pond.

Really quiet and peaceful place with beautiful mountain view. The breakfast included was good. The family is really nice and helpful. The rooms in the homestay are very small, but it was no problem for us. It was really humid in the bathroom, but we just kept the window open at all times so that was not a problem either. There was not many mosquitoes even with an open window. Nice place to relax! We will recommend.

Lovely homestay. Great breakfast, amazing scenery with a waterfall right next to it, the staff is very welcoming. Comfortable beds. Not very near the centre of Tam Coc but they provide bike and motorbike rental services. Cycling everyday with the most amazing views was one of my favourite parts of my stay. Would recommend this place!

The bikes are a bit old, but they still work.
