The surroundings are beautiful ! The view from the pool and even from the room terrace is stunning. It is calm and away from the noise of Tam Coc City hustle (they are right next to the Bich Dong Pagoda). Best way to go around is to rent a motorcycle, but they also lend bikes for free. The staff is super friendly, kind and helpful, and so is their dog. The hotel manager helped me buy special batteries for my analogue camera that i couldn’t find by myself in Ninh Binh town. That was super nice of him !

Since it’s a little bit remote, everything is more expensive there, from the food/beverages/motorcylce rental to… the laundry. It is 4$/kg ! We didn’t ask the price beforehand and we ended up paying around 16 dollars for our laundry, because apparently they do it by hand. Also, if you choose a room that is not a bungalow, you can hear your neighbors very clearly. There are also bugs, but this is normal since it’s in the middle of nature, so be prepared for mosquito bites and some pleasant encounters with cockroaches.

Maybe the best hotel I have ever stayed at in my life so far!!! BEAUTIFUL location! Beautiful view from the room, private balcony, gorgeous bamboo interior, free bikes, and free breakfast!!! For breakfast every day I got coffee, a banh mi sandwich made to order, and fruit. Biked with my friends around the area and to Ninh Binh proper (~30/45 min to the city area with all the shops and Trang an). The area is a bit more remote but that’s what we loved about it. Also it’s just a little quick 5 minute bike ride from a famous park with multiple caves and boat tours! Everyone was so nice at this hotel and we felt super taken care of. Also got to feed some ducks at the farm across the way. Couldn’t have asked for anything better!!! Great experience and great value!

This was a lovely, quiet place to stay in the countryside. My room was absolutely lavish, and well worth the price! A gift of strong rice wine was a nice surprise. The staff were excellent and helped me decide what to do during my stay. I enjoyed biking around the nearby countryside; it was absolutely gorgeous. If you are a birder, the area is really nice. The marsh across the road was brimming with yellow and cinnamon bitterns, waterhens, coucals, rails, kingfishers, prinias, fantails, herons, egrets, and so many other good things! You can try fishing just down the road, and there is a short walk or bike ride to an excellent boat tour through some caves for a very reasonable price. I wish I could have stayed longer! Special thanks to Tau (I hope I spelled your name correctly). This lovely lady was so nice, friendly, and helpful to me! The whole staff was amazing. Would love to visit again someday.

The staff is really great, welcoming and always ready to answer our questions. The place is really calm, quite far at the center, it was what we were looking for. Bikes are available for free but I would recommend renting a motorbike for 8 dollars per day, especially if it's hot, as the distances are correct but "far" if you have to pedal under a hot weather. Otherwise our stay was perfect.

Laundry is a bit pricy, 4 dollars for 1 kg. Just keep the prices in mind. We also might have seen rat poop twice in our room, but never actually saw 1...

This resort was nestled in a beautiful area outside of the main hub of Tam Coc. The views were spectacular, and the pool was very pleasant on the very hot days. The staff was very friendly, and we love that they hire adults with special needs to work at the resort. It is definitely a little bit away from the main areas of town, and you'll need to take a car or bike to get to restaurants and shops. The food at dinner time wasn't the greatest. Our villa was very nice with a lovely, large bathroom.

The huge huntsman spider in our room was scary! It's definitely more jungley, so understandable. We just named him, and left him be, but he gave us a fright! He was gone by morning.

This was the most fabulous place to stay. Staff go over and above to help, offer ideas and make the stay wonderful. Cabins are just gorgeous and lady comes round offering a free foot spa at dusk. They then went over and above on service when we left our AirPods but had already left for Cat Ba… they wrapped them up, popped them on a bus, coordinated with our next hotel and they arrived safely only 6 hours after we did. Can’t ask for better care than that. 10 🌟 for sure

Nothing everything was just brilliant.

Free bikes, free buffalo riding, free foot bath and very nice staff. This stay is an experience. The owners also own the rice fields around and offer activities related to them. The rooms were large and clean, the pool was very pleasant and well taken care of.

The rooms furniture were not totally new. For example, it was not possible in our room to close the bathroom door. Cracks in the door and at the windows did not keep mosquitos out. But the mosquito nets over the beds worked well.

Beautiful quite place with a wonderful manager Hung 🫡💞 The room was clean and when the cold wind came they gave us warm fluffy blankets 😻 We loved it! Plus we got to fish and they cooked the fish we caught for free 🥰

The breakfast wasn’t the best, but I mean you still have quite a choice mostly from Vietnamese cakes 😅

We loved the location, a bit outside of the city, in the middle of green. Beautiful cafe spot a few meters away with delicious smoothies. It was easy to use bikes from the property or even rent motorbike (8 dollars per day) Staff was super nice and accomodating. Dinner on the premise is possible, a bit pricier than in the city. It's also nice to support an social initiative, employing people with special needs.

The place was located in the heart of the rice feilds.for a solitude quest without transportation it was a bit too much away from the center. But yet, an excellent place for a retreat, even for a group retreat

The room, the sinary, and the staff are very polite and helpful.
